Our non-smoking second floor unit has the best southern view at Coral Surf. It will make you want to stop everything you are doing and take in the spectacular panoramic view of the Atlantic ocean from our open uncovered balcony. Our completely renovated unit includes brand new kitchen and 2 full baths. The kitchen has everything you will need, two kinds of coffee makers, blender, toaster and all your dining essentials. The 2 bedrooms and open living room come with smart televisions and is spacious enough to accommodate 6 guests. Our unit also has its own private laundry with full size washer and dryer. Our unit has now been celebrated with over 100 5 star reviews! You will be walking distance to Carolina Beach's beautiful boardwalk, shops, restaurants and the beautiful Lake Park where there is a walking path and paddle boat rides. There is a private beach access and swimming pool literally outside the front door. The pool season runs from some time in May to sometime in October. For your convenience all linens are included with extra sheets and beach towels. There are beach chairs, and beach toys provided in your own private ground floor storage closet with room for your own beach, golf and fishing items. Designated parking for 1-2 CARS ( please check last photo for parking spots ). No pets, no elevator, not handicap accessible and absolutely No Smoking, Vaping or grilling anywhere on the premises, fines will be implemented per incident. If someone needs to smoke or Vape they will have to go to the beach or the street. Golf carts, scooters, bikes and any other chargeable electric devices are not allowed to be charged at Coral Surf unit E2. You may have an electric golf cart, however, must be charged off premises. Please read HOA rules at the end of the photo gallery before booking your stay.

Best Beach Vacation

Hogan’s place was the absolute BEST spot for a relaxing beach vacation! The deck has the perfect view of the ocean, the beach is a few short steps away, and the space was clean and really well decorated!!! My friend and I came for a getaway to celebrate her birthday and we loved every minute of our stay! Tim was an amazing host and super helpful, we were within walking distance of everything you could want/need. We are looking forward to returning next year!! I highly recommend this spot for your Carolina Beach vacation!!

Carolina Beach Great Location

We enjoyed our Carolina Beach trip. This section of Carolina Beach was overall above average based on previous stays on Carolina Beach. We were impressed with the communication and rapid replies to emails and texts by the owner, Tim. Tim met us at the property and walked us through the condo. They provided lots of linens, towels, TP, paper towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, and a locked closet on the ground floor of the building to store our personal beach items. It is apparent that the owners love their property. The condo has a lovely beachy decor. The living room and bedrooms are roomy. The photos do not clearly show that the deck is not covered. The parking is tight. Anything other than 2 compact vehicles leave the backend of the 2nd vehicle slightly on the road. The road is one way and not particularly busy so it wasn't a huge issue. Rankings only allow visitors to evaluate at whole numbers-overall the rating is considered a 4.5-4.75.

Feels like home!

It's always difficult finding a place to stay on the beach that is both affordable and comfortable. However, I am not exaggerating when I say that this place feels like home. The Hogan's did an amazing job opening up their beautiful home and providing all the essentials needed to stay comfortably. I had no problem cooking, cleaning my clothes, using the bathroom, etc. everything was provided and was so clean! I'm a stickler about cleanliness and I'm always nervous staying in a place that's not my home but the condo was so incredibly clean that I could just relax. Also, we had one rainy day and we used the board games provided to keep us busy. With the beach access and the amenities provided, we didn't have to leave the place for entertainment during the whole 4 days we were there. I can honestly say that the Hogan's home made our vacation feel like a dream come true!

Too short

Was in town for my daughter’s beach vb tournament, despite our short stay, just one night, everything was great! Comfortable condo and great communication! This place is so nice and well looked after.

The Hogan's have been a part of the Coral Surf family for over nearly forty years. First used as a vacation spot for weekly vacations for several years in the 1980's, and now after falling in love with the area, the Hogan's are full time residents of Wilmington.

One of the many benefits of staying in Coral Surf is the fact that being located on the southern part of the island allows for a less congested more relaxing stay compared to the seemingly narrow confines of the northern end. Also, Coral Surf has only 13 units, compared to some of the other bigger Condominiums on Carolina Beach, the whole atmosphere is welcoming and quieter and feels like you are vacationing in your own private resort.

The second floor unit is normally the most popular, you have a great view of the beach and only have two flights of stairs. Most second floor units usually have a unit above them on the third floor, our unit at Coral Surf, however, is very unique in that there is no unit above. This allows for the best of all worlds, a great view, only two flights of stairs, and maybe the best of all, peace and quiet because there is no unit above to cause annoying noise.
