This Villa has been ideally prepared and newly renovated for a couple looking for a romantic or relaxing getaway, or for 2 couples wanting to enjoy all the Hunter Valley has to offer.

Two bedrooms - Both with king size beds (can not be split into single beds)

Additional guests can stay at no extra charge but will need to bring their own towels & linen and bring an airbed.

Please Note: This Villa does not offer sofa beds or rollout beds and is not suitable for small children.

There are internal stairs in the Villa.
Once you reach the top of the stairs, the bedrooms, living areas and kitchen are all on one level.

Private Villa’s have access to the private villa swimming pool - adjacent to Villa 520. The Oaks Resort require annual membership to the main pool, gym etc.

Golf Course: Cypress Lakes Resort by Oaks Hotels & Resorts overlooks the 18 hole championship golf course and offers cart and club hire and reduced green fees for resort guests. There is a driving range and a putting green. Tuition is available from a resident professional.
