We had a great time staying at the Watchman Views. Would highly recommend. A great location to Zion and restaurants in Springdale.

Property was in a great location, walkability to restaurants, shopping and Zion shuttle bus. Unfortunate incident during our stay with a planned power outage by electric company which we were not informed about….left us with no lights, AC, internet first evening we arrived thru the next morning….felt the host should have warned us since it was planned and provided the option to cancel for that night. VRBO provided a partial refund. Other than that, the place was fine.

Great stay. Directly across the street from shuttle stop or 10 minute walk to the park entrance. Bike rentals and plenty of places to eat right there. Didn’t need the car the whole stay. Plenty of space for family.

Location was perfect. We had room to spread out (after staying in hotels the previous nights). The kitchen was well equipped. We didn't receive check in instructions but the owner was quick to respond with any questions we had during our stay. We loved the grill and eating outside with the mountain view, Would rent again for sure!

Awesome stay for our trip to Zion. Property location was ideal and provided a great landing spot for us. Property has all the amenities needed.

Place and location was great. We had two adults and three kids. This is more of a 3 bedroom 1 bath. Only slight issue was that the doors had translucent glass, albeit beautiful, we would have hang a blanket over the door to help with light going thru when someone went to bed earlier than the group. But well stocked and great little place.

The Watchman View lower level has a fantastic location. Walk across the street for coffee and breakfast. Gem store next store. Bus stop to Zion across the street. Just 2-4 block walk to center of town. Off street parking.

Great location!

This is the perfect place to stay when visiting Zion. 1 mile from the front entrance of the park pand there is a Zion shuttle bus stop right across the street!! It’s also a short walk to restaurants and shopping.

Great location to Zoin

Great stay that is very close to the park. Within a mile or less of Zion and restaurants. Accommodations were accurate and clean. The host did a great job communicating, responds very quickly. Family and I are very happy with stay.

Love the location and house

If you are looking for somewhere to stay when visiting Zion you can’t beat this place. The house easily fit four adults and the location was perfect. The house was stocked with all amenities you will need. I definitely recommend staying here.

Enjoyed our stay at this property. Very clean and well appointed. Extremely convenient location for Zion NP and Springdale. Didn’t drive for first two days. Host very responsive to a couple questions we had. Highly recommend..

Perfect location, clean, and comfortable!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Loved our stay! Perfect location to walk to restaurants, grocery, and the Park entrance. Plus gorgeous views from the front door! Loved all the fleecy throw blankets throughout. Clearly a recent renovation. Owner was communicative and the process was simple and straight forward. Highly recommended!

Great place!

Stayed here with another couple and did all things Zion! Great location to all activities. Loved having a deer family visit the yard everyday. Everything we needed was there. My only complaint is that the sofa isn’t the most comfortable, but it worked. We weren’t home very much anyways. Great place to stay!

Our Best stay in Zion!

House was definitely a 10/10. We loved our stay here. The home is inviting, beautiful and very well laid out with many areas to relax and have privacy. The kitchen was the most well stocked, well equipped kitchen I ever see for a short term rental. And the location was unbeatable. Within short walking distance to all the best restaurants, market and the entrance of Zion, we found it’s faster and easier to walk to the park and to home then to wait for the bus. Teressa was very accommodating and communicated quickly when we had questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing location

We loved the location. We rented e-bikes so it was very convenient to walk to Zion Guru to return the bikes and walking to dinner was a plus. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was equipped with everything we could possibly need. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that the couch was very uncomfortable. We weren't around often but did watch a basketball game one night and we were uncomfortable. That said I would likely stay there again.

Great spot!

This property was perfect for our family of four as our home base for exploring the area. The king bed was so comfortable we were trying to figure out the brand so we can get one for our house! The extra big tub was awesome for soaking in after a long day. The kitchen had all we needed (including plastic kid’s dishes) and the laundry set up was super nice to have. Parents traveling with littles that need dark rooms to nap- all the interior doors are frosted glass so bring something extra to cover those. Also I didn’t realize this was one of two (or three?) units. It wasn’t a problem I just wasn’t expecting it. Great stay- thanks again.

Nice place, great location

This apartment has all the necessities, with newer appliances and a minimalist feel. The lighting is excellent, and the heating system worked well. The biggest challenge for me was the shower/bathtub. There's a very high edge, and although I'm fit, it was nearly too high for me (at 5' 1" tall) to step over and have enough clearance. Luckily there's a sturdy support bar that I made good use of. My 6'2" spouse had no trouble, but if we'd been traveling with small children, it might have been more of a problem. The best thing about this property is the location. Just a mile from the park visitor center! The views are lovely, and we even had a mule deer lounging in the back yard one evening.

Perfect Location!

We absolutely loved our stay. Location was central in town and only a few minute car drive to Zion National Park. Everything in town was walkable and we enjoyed walking to dinner and then to dessert at the local ice cream shop. The home was well equipped with all the items and amenities we needed. Beds were comfortable. Overall we give this home 5 stars but we did dock for cleanliness. We arrived quite late on the first night and there was hair throughout the bedding in both bedrooms. We had to change the sheets which wasnt ideal. We informed the host and they responded quickly asking what they could do. At that point we had already resolved the issue. Nothing else was offered. Other than that, the stay was great. We loved the home and our trip to Zion.

The location of this property is excellent—location really is everything here. Check-in was smooth and welcoming, and we were even able to access the property a little early, which was greatly appreciated.The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were comfortable overall. One thing to note is that the small room with the twin beds does not appear to have an air vent, so it became quite warm during our visit. Fortunately, a box fan helped make it more comfortable for my son.The living room seating was less comfortable than expected, as the couch resembles patio-style furniture rather than traditional indoor seating.While we enjoyed our stay, there were a few maintenance and housekeeping items that could be improved. There was a general musty odor throughout the home, the bathroom could benefit from a deeper cleaning, and some of the towels also had a musty smell. As a suggestion, keeping the front-loading washing machine door open between uses may help prevent moisture buildup and odors.The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. Overall, this was a nice place to stay for two nights, and the location was definitely the highlight.

Perfect location

Wonderful location with access to Zion park, shuttle, restaurants or groceries for after hiking refueling. Neighborhood is quiet and house is nicely updated and clean.

Location, location, location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. An amazing location right next to the entrance of Zion and the attractions in Springdale. The apartment was the lower floor of a two story converted home but totally served the purpose. Kitchen was updated and well stocked. Everything worked. Rooms were private and comfortable. Living area layout was a bit funky due to converted nature of the property but didn’t detract from the experience. Would stay here again. Thanks!
