Hi Tania, Thanks for your review. Solar heating on the pool only works with the temperature of the solar panels and the sun, and when it's Winter, it doesn't make the pool too warm. It's great that you enjoyed the spa and that your dog had a blast too. Could you please advise us of the repairs needed so we can have these arranged ASAP as we want to ensure the environment in the home is safe and pleasant. We have advised the owner about the ivy, I'm sure they will want this fixed - we haven't had this feedback before with any of the dog owners that have attended but we will check into this immediately. Thank you.

Hi Lauren, Thank you for sharing your delightful experience at our property! We're thrilled to hear that you found it beautiful and enjoyed the gardens, as well as the clean and warm pool. It's wonderful to know that you were able to make use of the pool every day, even in the cooler weather. We're glad to hear that your little boy had a great time with the big trampoline and table tennis table – it's always a joy to see our younger guests having fun. Comfortable beds and effective air-conditioning are essential elements for a relaxing stay, and we're pleased they contributed to your overall comfort. It's always bittersweet when guests leave, but we would be absolutely delighted to welcome you back next year! Your kind words motivate us to continue providing a memorable experience for our guests. If there's anything specific you loved about the property or any suggestions for improvement, please feel free to share. Thank you for choosing to stay with us, and we look forward to hosting you again next year! Regards, Team Ready Set Stay

Hi Brad, thanks for your review. Just to clarify, the pool is solar heated (as stated in the listing), so temperature depends on weather. Pets are allowed inside, with the only rule being no pets on soft furnishings. We’ve now updated the wording to make both points even clearer. Thanks again for the feedback.

Hi Allana, thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the location and cleanliness, and we’re sorry some aspects fell short. Dogs are welcome but outdoors only, which we’ll make clearer. We’ll also attend to the spa cover, milk frother, and vacuum. The pool is solar-heated but can be cool in some months. We appreciate your comments and will use them to improve.

Hi Matt, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We're glad to hear that overall, you found our property to be serviceable and enjoyable, and that you appreciated the pool, spa, and yard. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the cleanliness of the house and yard not meeting your expectations. Your feedback is valuable to us, and we will work with our property management team to ensure a more thorough clean and restock in the future. Regarding the amenities, we apologize for any oversight in providing essentials such as soap, shampoo, and toilet paper. We'll take your feedback into consideration and make necessary adjustments to enhance the guest experience. We're grateful for your understanding, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for a more seamless stay in the future. Regards, Team Ready Set Stay

Hi Jenny, Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We're thrilled to hear that you had a great stay and that the pool and spa were a hit with your group. Your feedback regarding the bathroom light switch and the slippery step leading down to the spa is duly noted, and we'll ensure that these issues are addressed promptly to enhance the safety and comfort of our future guests. We apologize for the delay in providing the sheets and towels upon your arrival. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we're sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused, especially with children to put to bed. We appreciate your patience and understanding. We're delighted that you found our property well-equipped for outdoor activities. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we hope to welcome you back for another enjoyable stay in the future. Regards, Team Ready Set Stay

Hi Tania, Thank you for your feedback on your stay at the Rye Beach and Pool House. We're glad you enjoyed many aspects of your stay, but we apologize for the maintenance issues and unexpected charges. Unfortunately we were only made aware of the carpet stains after your stay and have an inspector on each stay (along with professional cleaner) so we can only go on what our teams advice is. We hope you still had a pleasant time overall and would love to welcome you back for a better experience in the future. Regards, Team Ready Set Stay
