This villa is furnished with two master suite and one large bedroom with upscale King-size beds; two bedrooms with queen-size beds; and two bedrooms with two twin-beds each. All bedding and mattresses are Brand New with top quality to ensure guest comfortness at night. Inside, this spacious, fully air-conditioned villa was custom decorated and furnished to a high standard to meet all of your vacation requirements. The home has big family room, formal dining area that seats 14-16 comfortably, a spacious kitchen with island, and a breakfast nook. The laundry room has a washer, a dryer, iron and board. The large private sparkling Pool & bubbling SPA is equipped with beautiful pool lighting and is heatable on demand. The pool patio area is furnished with pool table/chairs, and security fence for children's safety. Big LCD TVs in Family room & Bedrooms, Free High Speed Internet and Unlimited long distance calls in North America, Big Game room for more FUN!
The vacation home is located within the gated Emerald Island resort. It is less than 3 miles from Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, Florida. Emerald Island is a unique resort style gated community with great facilities for all guests to enjoy including a pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness room, Internet room and a video arcade. There is also children's playground, a sand volleyball court and a nature trail to explore. Being only three miles from the entrance to Disney World it is perfectly located for visiting all the attractions. Shops, 24-hour supermarkets and restaurants are only a few minutes away on US192. The enclave section features executive, more spacious homes on larger lots.

The carpet was dirty and very stained .The place was very dated and dirty .Had no grill to cook on like it said . All family members that had cars had to pay a 20 fee. Did not say how much they charge for dogs. Everything was a fee . Could not use hot tub . It was an extra fee . Would not stay again for the price we paid.

Disney Vacation

Completely disappointed that the "heated" pool did not work the entire stay. Property mgr seemed surprised when I told him and was later told parts were on order. Had I known the pool was ice cold, I would have gone elsewhere. Owners promptly refunded the pool heat surcharge. Also, not enough silverware for a house this size. Location and neighborhood was fine, but the pool issue disappointed everyone after a long day at Disney.

Unsafe Conditions, Broken A/C, Health Risks Ignored — Avoid This Property

We stayed at this property from June 28 to July 6, 2025, with a group of 17 people. What should have been a relaxing vacation turned into a serious health and safety issue when the air conditioning failed completely mid-stay.We reported the issue immediately on July 2 after realizing the home wasn’t cooling the day before. An HVAC technician confirmed the units were extremely old, one was non-functional, and the other was unreliable. He told us repairs were unlikely to succeed. Despite this, the hosts and guest services falsely claimed one unit was working and completely ignored our request fans, portable units, alternate housing, or even basic support.Even worse, their communication was accusatory and dismissive. We were essentially called liars despite time-stamped photos and videos proving that both thermostats were showing unsafe temperatures day and night. We were completely ignored after submitting a formal written request for assistance.This wasn’t just an inconvenience — it was a serious health risk. Our group included:- A cancer patient undergoing treatment- A stroke survivor- Two diabetics- Multiple people with asthma- Young childrenSome guests had to leave early due to dangerous indoor conditions. None of this mattered to the hosts.

Holiday family get-together

This property has a lot of potential. The house was roomy and the multiple bathrooms were convenient since we had several families staying the week. The pool was a big hit, especially with the kids. We paid extra to heat the pool and we were glad we did. Parking was adequate between the spots at the house and street parking. You can tell that at one time there was an effort made to decorate the place nicely. The big drawback for us was that the place was dirty when we arrived (microwave had food debris in it, sheets had not been washed) and there has not been much upkeep to the place. We had to wash the sheets and sweep and mop the floors. Not much we could do with the carpets without buying a vacuum, so we dealt with soiled rugs the whole vacation. There was a bag of garbage and broken chairs. Also, there is a game room pictured that looked fun but when we got there wasn't useable. The pool table isn't useable (the balls move without being hit because the table is not level) and there was no ball for the foosball table. Luckily, we had brought our own games. Unfortunately, while we had a good time, the talk of the family get together was how nice it would have been if the place had been cleaner and better taken care of. If the place was clean and fixed up a bit, I would rent there again. As it was this trip, I would not recommend it.

Everything stood out even the entry was amazing. My family and I loved our stay.. It wasn't no BBQ grill or broom to sweep but it was ok and they pool sticks wasn't there but I contacted the management and they brought it the next day.. We was very appreciative for 4 days we stayed.. We would definitely book again if need too !

The Good and The Bad

This location had a car/guests limit with the neighborhood clubhouse that we were not alerted of when we were booking. Only 6 cars per house at a time. Became a bit of a burden. Wifi was not consistent and constantly turned off on us. No skimmer provided for the pool, pool kept getting dirty. Aside from these problems the place was fun, relaxing but a few changes makes this even more enjoyable. This review shouldn't discourage from booking.
