Pet Friendly (less than 25 lbs) - additional cleaning/pet hair removal fee required. Pets must be disclosed in advance. Fee is per pet. Max 2. All dogs are to be treated with Advantage or similar topical flea and tick repellent three (3) days prior to arrival. Fleas and ticks are very rampant in this area and can cause harmful/fatal illness to humans and pets. All items above are the sole responsibility of the dog owner. Failure to disclose the pet in advance will result in a $500 fee.



**Parties/Gatherings/Events over our max occupancy of 6 guests are strictly prohibited - as noted in the rental agreement. Penalties will be enforced. The property is monitored by Noise Aware as noted in the booking agreement. Charcoal is not included. Firewood is not provided but is available at Publix, Home Depot, Lowes, Ace Hardware, etc. The table top Pac Man game is available for guest use but can't be guaranteed with every stay if something impacts its' operation.
