Property Description:
This beautiful 5 bedroom villa with a swimming pool and large patio is a great choice if you are planning a Caribbean vacation where elegance, comfort, service and relaxation are your top priorities.

The villa is located in Tortuga Bay, within the private gated Puntacana Resort & Club (puntacana.com). The most exclusive resort in Punta Cana is located just 5 minutes from Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ).

Daily housekeeping service will ensure the villa is always neat and clean. If requested, our housekeeper can provide excellent meals (breakfast and dinner) for your family and friends. On-site catering can be arranged as well.

Housekeeper is live-in (her own en-suite with separate entrance) and is required for length of stay at a rate of $40 per day, $40 - $60 additional per day for meals (you may request any number of days to have meals prepared, does not have to be daily).
Our House Manager will help you with any additional services and planning.

1st Floor is an open-concept living area with a flatscreen TV and full-service kitchen. The area is suitable for indoor/outdoor enjoyment - several sliding doors enable you to use the large covered patio with ease. There is plenty of dining/seating space both inside and out. On this floor, there are two bedroom en-suites plus an additional 1/2 bath.

2nd floor has an additional living area with an outdoor balcony. There is another bedroom en-suite with a private balcony, and two additional bedrooms and full bath.

The backyard is your ideal playground: enjoy lawn sports or just relax in the pool. There is a gas barbecue grill and a large outdoor dining table.
