This residence is exactly like it is described online. It is very Clean and the view is insane. I didn't realize how nice the game room upstairs was going to be , but it was like being in a five star hotel. Be check in process was really easy and checking out was exactly the same. I only had 2 conversations with the host. But both times .were very pleasant and very informative. I will definitely try to rent this again next year when I return to cape coral for the baseball world series

Thank you Richard for leaving your review. Glad you enjoyed the home despite the weather. Unfortunately we had a freak rain front from the North move in for 2 days during your stay in April which is extremely rare. Our rain patterns does not start until June so getting any rain in April is very unusual.

Thank you Kelly for taking the time to write a review. We are so pleased you enjoyed the home + pool area. I hope you did get to visit our lovely local beaches? The only 'beach' that is currently closed is the man made beach set on the river down in the Yacht Club area of the Cape. That's not really a beach. It's a local park. Our real Gulf front beaches of Fort Myers Beach & Sanibel are very much open & busy. I hope you managed to visit them during your stay.

We loved this house!

We had a great stay at this property. It was perfect for our family to get away from the Colorado snow and spend some time together in this lovely indoor/outdoor space. We loved using the outdoor kitchen and grill to make dinner. The pool and hottub were lovely. We even saw a dolphin swim by one evening.

Cape Coral Get Away

The home was beautiful and the canal location was fantastic. Communication with the property manager prior to arrival was great and we did not have any issues during our stay that required any follow up. The pool area was really nice and we enjoyed fishing and playing pool in the loft area after long days at the beach! We would definitely recommend this home and look forward to booking again for future family vacations.
