Perfect location, especially for visiting with teenagers. It was close to Pier Park, beach access, and so many other attractions . A wonderful view of the ocean from the top(living room balcony). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

The property was clean. The kitchen is very well stocked with dishes and plenty of pans. The pool was very maintained and refreshing. The beach was just a little walk across the street. My family had a great time in PCB!!

The home was clean and nice, just a few issues. Filter and door for AC unit was so dirty and full of dirt and dust it made some guest have breathing issues due to allergies. We will never book a home with so many steps again, that was a killer for everyone. kitchen and living room were on the 3rd floor so you had no choice but to climb them. IT SUCKED!!!!! Otherwise the home was fine. Close to beach (and a dog friendly beach)and Panama City Pier for shopping, restaurants and fun.

Beautiful cottage. Close to Pier park, activities and best of all fireworks. Beach about 3 min walk. Only complaint-floor plan. 3 stories. Kitchen on top floor. Hard for under 5 year olds up and down. Other than that it was quiet, nice and we had a great time.

The house is in one of the best locations in PCB and I have stayed in many different locations . The proximity to Pier Park and the beach cannot be beat unless you are direct beachfront . The unit was very clean , cleaner than most that I’ve rented but you best be in shape somewhat with no bad knees or backs because the stairs will definitely give you a workout . I would absolutely stay here again .

It was a nice place in a nice location. Some of the instruction were not on point. Like the garage remote being on a green table in the kitchen. There was no green table and never found the remote. But that was no big deal for us. There were loads of cooking utensils and pots and pans. There was lots of items to take and enjoy at the beach. I would recommend it.

Great location

We loved our stay at the beach! Even though the weather wasn't great, it was right near everything, even a dog beach right across the street. Looking forward to doing it again!

New Year’s Baseballfest 2024-25

Great spot. Fair prices. Property as advertised and owners are very prompt in communication. Close to Pier Park for shopping, food, and fireworks on NYE.

Location location location..we keep coming back!

Owner is Johnny on the spot!.. even checks in on us. The location say park your car an walk to anything you want..fishing pier, beach, shopping an amazing food.., our large family an daschunds will keep coming to this same house year after year!

What a great place! We stayed for 10 days, there were 8 of us and there was plenty of room! We never felt crowded, even though two of us slept in the living room, it was spacious enough to put a queen blow up mattress in the corner without losing any living space. The pictures honestly don’t do this place justice. Each bedroom has its own full bath with a half bath off the living room/kitchen area. The garage was stocked with anything we might need for the beach, boogie boards, sand toys, a canopy, a beach wagon, etc! There is also a gas grill in the garage and a shower outside to rinse off after the beach. The stairs…they are no joke. They are steep and there are two long staircases as the ceilings are tall. They were not an issue for anyone in my party, I’m convinced they are the reason I came home at the same weight I was when I left, despite all the great vacation eating I had done. lol However, if I had a baby who had to be carried up the stairs or if we had an elderly or even a pretty heavy person in our party the stairs might’ve been a real source of frustration so just keep that in mind. I probably would not have done well with it last year as I was a good 50 pounds heavier then. The house is an easy walk from Pier Park, which was a huge plus for us. We all loved the balcony on the top floor, always a nice breeze blowing, so pleasant! Beach access is directly across the street with an easy planked path to the sand.

Very nice rental

We really enjoyed this rental and it had everything we needed for a great vacation. The pics online were very accurate and the upper level porch had a great view of the gulf. The property is well maintained and very clean. There were issues with the ac unit that were handled right away by the property owner and we didn't have any troubles with the temperature of the house after that. The owner was very friendly as well

The location and pictures were exactly as shown in photos. Our Family enjoyed the stay. Our grandson is crawling and on first day on 3rd floor we let him down to crawl and had to give him a bath because of the dirty floors.Other than that everything was perfect

Great PCB house!

Pros: Great location to pier park, easy access to the beach, very dog friendly with multiple relief areas, Nice house overall with great amenities (towels, bedding, toiletries) Cons: the apartments beside the house were rough with people coming and going at all hours, construction traffic(finished construction on our last day there) on the new house right behind this house made it difficult to get in and out of the driveway for all the trucks parked in the road.

Family vacation

We loved the location and that each bedroom had its own bathroom the steps were a little hard to do we didn’t realize the main living quarters kitchen and living room was on the top floor that should be made more clear in the property description the kitchen was well stocked and we love the view from the balcony but the cleaning crew did not do a great job the bed in the master bedroom was covered with dog hair and flea droppings and smelled terrible and the rest of the place could have used a little more attention but the location and pool was great!

Great cottage and location!

We had a wonderful time and would definitely come back! The cottage was perfectly located next to Pier Park. The beach was great and easy to get to. We had everything we needed and plenty of space for our family, which included two 17 year olds and our dogs. The community pool was nice as well. The owners were responsive to our needs throughout. One minor callout - there are a LOT of stairs to get up to the kitchen/living area - we didn't mind because we left in better shape than when we started, but it took some getting used to, especially with groceries/luggage. Overall a great experience. Highly recommended!

I'll never stay anywhere else!!!

We had an ABSOLUTE ball at the "mansion cottage". We came down with all our friends to get married and our dog was our maid of honor, so I was ecstatic when we found somewhere that could accommodate her! Eve is seriously the nicest most gracious person ever...she almost always answers and if not she returns calls promptly! You're in the most perfect spot..right next to pier park, doggy beach, and our favorite: DUSTY'S! We've hardly used our vehicles at all. The house has everything you need for cooking..cleaning..relaxing. I'll ALWAYS be coming here unless they are booked...you just can't beat it! Thanks Eve for being AWESOME!

Not very clean

The owner Eve was very helpful. However, the place wasn't very clean. The toliet was not clean on the 3rd floor the vent on the 3rd floor has a hole in the ceiling. After walking thru the space I notice the 2nd and floor bathrooms were not very clean,microwave in the inside is rusting.Oh, how could I forget the giant waterbugs(Roaches).When i contacted Eve she sent bug powder from Amazon. I also went out and purchased combat roach motel.
