Perfect family getaway

This was such a perfect spot for our 3 generation getaway. The downstairs had so many kids books and toys that kept our 2 and 3 year old entertained the whole time.

Great location for Leavenworth and Enchantments

We stayed a couple nights in order to do a through hike of the enchantments. While we weren’t at the cabin much, it was a great base camp for our adventure.

Amazing stay!

I really loved our stay at this cabin! I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a getaway near Leavenworth. If I had to nit-pick it would be that the pillows are a bit flat and could use replacing, but that's a small thing. 5 stars!

Stay was excellent, we stayed for 2 nights. Cabin was clean and had extra cleaning supplies on hand. Only thing was the gas BBQ grill was very dirty on the inside with build up of grease and burnt on gunk. Other than that things were excellent. There was a squirrel on premises and did destroy the mesh netting on both sliders, trying to get inside. But definitely will be returning here.

Great Family Getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have rented this chalet three years in a row during the winter to take the grandkids skiing at both Leavenworth Ski Hill and Stephens Pass. The kids love the stash of toys and the adults love that each has a bedroom on a different floor. The kitchen is well stocked and the place is very clean.

Beautiful cabin, gorgeous setting

My family and I stayed here for a wedding weekend and really enjoyed the cabin. It was as described in the listing and perfect for what we needed. The view was beautiful, and it was clean and cozy with more than ample room for everyone. We had an issue with the breaker and got a prompt response from the maintenance line. My only disappointment was that the extreme heat kept me from enjoying the deck more! I would love to come back and spend more time!

Fully stocked cabin in the woods!

WOW, what a wonderful stay we had at the Bearfoot Chalet! What a beautiful log cabin home away from home! It’s a very private location, and feels rustic, but it’s actually very modern. The kitchen is fully loaded with everything you need for meals. Everything was sparkling clean and the beds were super comfortable. No Wi-Fi, but good cell service, so not a problem at all for us. The hot tub is awesome, we used it many times. Such a nice thing to come back to after browsing Leavenworth, which is a very easy drive. We will definitely be back, as I suspect it’s just as wonderful in the summer!

Beautiful, clean cabin! Property managers were very helpful and quick to respond. There was some confusion over the amount of guests allowed. There are only a maximum of 6 guests allowed but the listing mentions additional person fees, which doesn’t really make sense when there isn’t a minimum of guests (so who would be extra if there can only be 6 people, how do they choose when to charge the additional fee?). That was just us misunderstanding. Otherwise, really great place to stay!

We also truly appreciate your feedback regarding the guest limit and additional guest fee—we understand how that could be a bit confusing. To clarify, the maximum occupancy is six guests, as required by county regulations. However, during slower seasons, we sometimes offer reduced rates based on double occupancy. In those cases, an additional guest fee applies for parties over two. During peak times, the standard rate typically covers up to six guests. Really great home!! We celebrated my birthday with some friends and we were so comfortable! The table was great for games! Kitchen could use some updated dishes, some pans had Teflon peeling. No air conditioning on top floor bedroom. Glad we brought our own fans. But this place also had a few fans too. Landscape outside could have been cleaned up I thought for the price you pay to stay here. There was stinging nettles growing right by the swing. BBQ’s propane tank was empty but they had another one downstairs we used. Overall staying there was great!!

Had a great time

Overall, we had a wonderful time. We did however arrive to stacks of garbage outside which was disappointing considering how much we paid for 3 nights stay. An animal did get into it one night leaving garbage scattered around. Also, My 10-year-old daughter asked me to look to see what was in one of the closets. When I looked, I found a pair of men’s underwear as well as some wax strips. There were huge dust bunnies underneath all of the beds as well. I just feel as though maybe the cleaning service could improve. Other then that, the cabin was very nice.

Cozy, Clean & Comfortable Cabin Getaway

We will be back!This cabin was absolutely perfect for our weekend with friends. All 6 (adults) were pleased with the stay and had no complaints. We had 2 dogs who had so much fun and had their own amenities - treats, bowls & dog bed provided for them!There was plenty of snow to be had, and the driveway and main road were plowed for us. The walkway to stairs were shoveled. The house was immaculately cleaned, well-stocked and comfortably furnished. The listing details provide everything you need to know about this property, and the Guest Portal you will receive access to a few days before your arrival have all of this same information and more. It is clear that the owners place a heavy emphasis on the quality of their property, and it was genuinely appreciated by our guests. Overall, it was a perfect home-base for our weekend with friends. We were 10 minutes away from Nason Ridge SnoPark to play in the snow, and 20 minutes to Leavenworth. My only complaint is that I didn't book a longer trip!I will definitely be checking out other NW Comfy Cabin properties!

Immaculate and close to Leavenworth.

The property is in immaculate condition and a good location for visiting Leavenworth - just a 20 minute drive. The reason for a 4 star rating instead of a 5 star is because of its actual location. Location close to Leavenworth is great but the actual physical location of the property is where I feel the property does not do justice to the building. The property is enclosed by trees all around and the view from the beautiful porch is disappointing. It just looks over the gravel driveway and a bunch of trees. This building would be great overlooking a lake or on the side of a hill open to viewing surrounding mountains. Also there is no normal TV reception or WiFi. If the view ,TV, and WiFi are not a concern, then I highly recommend this property which by itself is phenomenal.

The Vacation that didn’t happen

Unfortunately due to severe snow and ice Stevens Pass was closed for 4 days and we were unable to make it over to the cabin so the stars above were so that I could write a comment. It looked beautiful from the pictures! Also NW Comfy Cabins the property managers were excellent at keeping us informed about weather and power outages. They also highly suggested we purchase trip insurance just for this possibility, which we did!

Lovely Family Weekend

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home with our teenagers and their friends. A perfect gathering before our son heads off to college. The home was exactly as described and the location was perfect for visits to the lake and town.

Perfect Getaway Cabin

Our family loved staying in this beautiful cabin. It had everything thoughtfully placed and was one of the cleanest vacation rentals I’ve ever stayed at. We loved how peaceful and serene it was.

Excellent stay

Great stay, excellent listing with fantastic location (Leavenworth and Lake Wen. both very close). Unfortunately no fire pit, I imagine it was moved for the winter and just not put back out yet.
