Our homes do include a starter kit of essential paper products, with guests typically replenishing items based on the length of their stay and personal needs. We sincerely apologize that the cleanliness of the home did not meet the standard we strive for. Hair left behind and an improperly cleaned bathroom are not the experience we want our guests to have, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention so we can address it with our housekeeping team.
