Windsor Palms Resort is a gated community approximately five miles from Disney. This luxury complex has a 7500 square foot clubhouse, basket ball courts, volleyball courts, children's play area, olympic-size swimming pool, splash pad, hot tub, picnic and barbecue area, poolside bar/resturant, convenience store, 57 seat theater, game room, tennis courts, and exercise facilities.

Our three bedroom, two bath, luxury condominium comes equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Fully-equipped kitchen, full-size washer and dryer in unit, wifi, vacuum cleaner, port-a-crib, high chair, stroller and ironing board. Living room has a 46 inch TV and DVD player. The condominium has a screened in porch, is on the first floor and is very close to the pool and clubhouse.

Master bedroom has a King size bed, full bath, walk-in closet, and a 20 inch TV. The second bedroom has a queen bed, double closet, and a 19 inch TV. The third bedroom has a set of twin beds, double closet, and a 22 inch TV.

ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION:
* THE STATE OF FLORIDA AND COUNTY OF OSCEOLA REQUIRES OWNERS TO CHARGE 13.5% FLORIDA TOURIST TAX ON ALL RENTALS.

UNFORTUNATELY HOA RULES PREVENT OWNERS FROM ALLOWING GUEST TO BRING PETS. SERVICE ANIMALS ARE ALLOWED, HOWEVER EMOTIONAL SUPPORT DOGS ARE NOT. IN ORDER TO BRING A SERVICE ANIMAL YOU MUST SUBMIT THE SERVICE ANIMALS LICENSE, PROOF OF SHOTS AND A LETTER FROM YOUR DOCTOR TO ME TWO WEEKS BEFORE YOUR RESERVATION. IN ADDITION, THE SERVICE ANIMAL MUST BE UNDER CONTROL AT ALL TIMES, NEVER LEFT ALONE, WON'T BARK IN THE CONDO, AND MUST BE ON A LEASH, AND WALK WITH THE PERSON TO WHICH IS IS ASSIGNED.

Muito confortável

Foi uma experiencia incrível ficar neste imóvel, tinha tudo o que era necessário, casa espaçosa e muito confortável. Ficaria novamente e indicaria a amigos. A Gail é muito atenciosa e sempre pronta a responder as dúvidas. O condomínio também é muito lindo. Vale a pena!!!!

We had an excellent stay for our Disney vacation! The house was comfortable and had items that really helped our family. The highlights for us were the travel crib for our baby and the Tupperware! We forgot to bring plastic bags so having the reusable snack containers saved us a trip to the store. They also had items like a stroller and high chair we didn't need to use but we're glad they were their as an option. The host was very helpful with all the information we needed to know before hand and followed up to make sure we were doing well. I highly recommend this condo for any family needing a place to stay during their Orlando area trip.

We were very pleased with the location of the condo. Within minutes of all Disney parks and easy journey to all Universal parks. Master bedroom slept good, has ample storage and also hasa ceiling fan. The queen bedroom slept good as well, has ample storage but does not have a ceiling fan. It does have a oscillating fan on a stand available in the closet. Plenty of extra pullows, blankets and towels. They do only include a starter of toiletries like a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. A roll of paper towels, one extra kitchen trash bag, couple of dishwasher tabs and small amoof dishsoap in the kitchen. Each bath has a "hotel" size soap bar for hand washing. I bring a few of each item I've listed, especially liquid hand soap to get us through a weeks stay. Condo was clean and comfortable. We very much appreciated the sofas with reclining seats. Gives all 3 of us adults room to stretch out to relax. Pool was close by, however we did not visit during our stay. We would definitely recommend staying here.

3rd Stay and It won’t be the last!

This was the 3rd time my family stayed at this condo, and we will definitely stay again! The condo is clean, convenient, and comfortable. We feel very safe in the gated community, and love the convenience of the pool being right across the parking lot. Gail is a very responsive host and easy to communicate with.

Great Stay

Our family came down for a cheer competition and had a wonderful stay. The condo was extremely close to Disney and many attractions. It wasn’t anything over the top and fancy, but it was clean and very comfortable. The pool at the club was really nice and clean. Gail was always really quick to respond to any questions we had before coming. Thank you!

Great place to stay

Condo was in a great neighborhood. Very secure. It was very clean and comfortable. All appliances worked and there were all the amenities you neede.

Great condo near resort facilities!

We really enjoyed staying at this 3 bedroom/2 bathroom condo with full stocked kitchen. Great kitchen table for 6 people and family room with comfy chairs and couch with TV. It was very close (about 100 feet) away from the basketball court and pool. Other facilities were tennis/pickleball courts, beach volleyball court, snack bar/food store, game room with arcade, ping pong table, and pool table, and movie room. Walmart and restaurants were about 5 minutes away. Disney only about 10 minutes away! Highly recommend this location in Windsor Palms!

Wonderful Location and Easily Accessible

This property was cery easy to check into and find! It was clean and well organized and the welcome binder laid everything out to have a great stay. The pool, volleyball courts, and basketball courts being in the backyard were great for my teenage son to go out and still be close. Everything worked upon arrival and continued to work throughout our stay. The owners were responsive and so so kind with any questions we may have had since we had never booked through vrbo before. I would 100% stay here again the next time we visit Florida!

Amazing Rental

I cannot put into words just how incredible this rental is. It is clean, in a great location, at a fantastic price, and has wonderful owners. Gail was a fabulous host who checked in regularly to ensure my husband and I had everything we needed. I wish there were a rating higher than five stars because I would give it! I hope to rent here again!

Fun Winter Break Getaway

My family and I stayed here 12/21- 12/28 and had a wonderful time. The unit is perfect for a family get away. The kids loved the pool which is literally maybe 100 yards away. The store there has nice offerings and not too expensive and my daughter loved the alcohol free daquiris at the Tiki bar, also reasonably priced. It was also within 30 min of pretty much everything we wanted to do. I would stay here again!

Great Place to Stay

We had a great stay, property was as advertised. Easy access to pool, basketball, volleyball and clubhouse. A beautiful gated community close the parks. The condo fit our family of five perfectly. The unit had everything you could need for a kitchen. I had communication with owner on questions before stay and were answered immediately. Owner checked in via email during stay, we felt very welcomed and will look to rent for our next trip.

Wonderful

This place is perfect for a family. We stayed for a basketball tournament and Disney World. It is a great location for both. Very nice pool, basketball court, tennis court and volleyball area. Thank you very much!

Super convenient

My family and i stayed here while my daughter was playing in a volleyball tournament in Orlando with some days at the Orange County convention center and some days at espn wide world of sports at Disney. We also did a few days at Disney. The location was super convenient to both locations. The condo was super clean and the beds were actually comfortable (which is hard to find and definitely hard to tell from selecting a condo online). The owner was very prompt to respond to my questions. Overall a great experience!

Fantastic Week

The condo was perfect for us and our granddaughter. Dave and I wanted something where there were no steps and close to the pool and we wanted something close to Sea World for Olivia’s daily camp! This area was perfect! Dave and would relax by the pool while our granddaughter daily while she was at camp! We could not have pre-ordered better weather, it was lovely all week, we thank God for that! For the condo, all hats off to Randy and Gail, between them and VBRO, you all deserve a great big 10 ! Gail would check in us making sure we were good, just a little note, that was thoughtful!

Highly Recimmend! We loved our stay here!

We didn’t get to spend much time at the condo as we were at Disney 3 full days and ten drove down to spend a day at Siesta Key beach but we were able to have breakfast and even cook two or three meals there as well. They have everything you could ask for regarding utensils, dishes, pots & pans and a coffee maker, toaster and even a mixer for smoothies if you should so desire. Also appreciated them having a hair dryer. Many extras if you have small children like two strollers, swim toys, etc. The only negative thing that might not even bother others is the Florida sun comes through the blinds early and I was unable to get back to sleep but that problem was solved by purchasing an eye mask. I believe most of the condos there only have the blind though and no curtains but if you are a light sleeper like me, just bring an eye mask and that will fix it. Also a large size washer & dryer which was very nice to be able to do laundry while there. Windsor Palms has much to do with large pool, kid area with sprinklers, hot tub, tennis courts, sand volleyball, basketball courts, ping pong, exercise facility & even a small little movie theatre. We have stayed there several times and always been very pleased. You won’t be disappointed with your stay with Gail. She was great and very easy and smooth Checkin and checkout! Highly recommend!

Would Come Back

Gail communicated with us from the planning stage right through to our arrival and was extremely helpful providing us with all information before we arrived. Check in was so easy. The property was as advertised in all aspects. We were very happy and content over our two week stay. The location is perfect for Universal, Disney and Sea World. The complex (pool, jacuzzi, gym, shop, basketball/tennis courts) were excellent and we enjoyed using all. The Complex has excellent security and is very well maintained. Wallmart is close by to allow you to do food shop and the apartment has everything you need (lunch boxes for bring sandwiches to the parks), oven dishes, cooking facilities etc. The fridge / freezer are huge and excellent for storing all you need. We would definitely come back to stay here.

Great condo

Gail’s condo was the perfect place to relax for our family after long days at Disney. She was easy to communicate with, the property was clean, nice extras for families traveling with kiddos (strollers, washer/dryer, even a crib that would have to be put together if needed), well kept and had everything we needed to be able to cook quick dinners after a long day! We will definitely use Gail’s condo in the future.
