Located in the Coldwater Creek neighborhood, right on the 18th fairway of the Coldwater Golf Club. Our fully furnished house offers an open floor plan, with easy flow from the living room, kitchen and dining area. 3 bedrooms and 2 Baths accommodate 6 in comfort.

The back yard is perfect for relaxing, entertaining and sunset cocktails, with a pool, covered dining area, BBQ grill and even a screen porch when looking for shade.

The house is an easy 25 minute drive from Phoenix's Sky Harbor airport, and is in a perfect location to access everything the "Valley of the Sun" has to offer.

-22 minutes to the Peoria Sports Complex featuring the Seattle Mariners and San Diego Padres' spring training facility, Arizona Fall League Baseball and tons of dining and shopping choices. 3 more spring training sites within 15 minutes.

We had a really nice stay here at our property in Avondale, Az it was a nice house, beautiful yard in the back bordering golf course and a really nice pool however unusable due to the time of the year and water temperature had this had a heater it would have been the perfect stay

Beautiful sunset, home and location!

Home away from home, on a golf course with beautiful sunsets. Great location, privacy, and you donā€™t get the space, private patio, garage etc.. at a Hotel. Kevin, the host is wonderful to answer any questions etc.. beds were comfortable and house was very clean! Hope to be back next year but for longer!

Charming but past itā€™s best before date

Home was comfortable but worn. Microwave broke on day 4 and never was replaced, garage door broke and took 2&1/2 weeks to repair, yard maintenance was almost non existent. Good location in the community and in the West Valley.

OK Stay

Itā€™s not bad, but needs some attention from whomever does maintenance. The patio door wonā€™t open without two strong adults pushing it. Based on reviews, this has been an issue for six years. Area rug in living room is filthy. No dishwasher pods, no TP, no garbage bags, no soap. So bring your own. Beds were fine. Outside is pretty dirty, landscape needs attention. Showers were good.

Great property!

We stayed at this property for a week long baseball tournament at the Peoria MLB training facilities. Excellent location for this purpose. Fields were about 20 minutes away. Close by to many different stores. A bonus is that it was about 5 min away from DBats hitting cages. The house itself was great! They had extra blankets, pillows, sheets, towels etc. The kitchen was well stocked so please look before you shop for anything! The pool was perfect. Check in and out was a breeze. Will definitely book this again for future trips to AZ!

Fantastic Time in Avondale

We stayed at the property for five weeks, January through February. The weather was very nice average temp in the 70's. The house provided us with comfort and all the amenities needed for our stay. We enjoyed spending time in the back yard watching the sun go down and golfers passing by. We liked the neighborhood it felt safe and was nice and quiet. The area provided great restaurants and shopping. Lots of hiking, golfing, and parks to recreate. Our daughter and grandson visited us for a few days, we had lots of room. We went to the Gila river, parks, and zoo. All nearby for short commutes. Our only complaint has nothing to do with the property. We liked the place so well that we wanted to rebook for next year. Alas it was already booked, I guess the word is out. Thank you Kevin for a great property.

Great home!

We had a great time! The house was very clean, comfortable, had everything we needed. The neighborhood felt safe and the neighbors we came in contact with were friendly. Communication with the owner was great! We had a minor issue and he responded the same day and had someone out to address it the next day. Other reviews spoke of the pool equipment being loud, and I would say if youā€™re sensitive to sound you will definitely notice it. We are not sensitive, so it didnā€™t bother us at all. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing Place to stay!!!

Renting this property was seamless this house literally contains anything you can possibly think of fully stocked kitchen from spices to cook your favorite meal to the fully stocked bathrooms in the master closet with extras the outside patio was wonderful you can release the umbrella during the day and at night thereā€™s a switch that illuminates the umbrella which makes late nights outback with your favorite glass of wine comfortable . Thereā€™s plenty of aquatic toys to make the most of your stay well utilizing the swimming pool. What I loved about this place House is if thereā€™s anything that I needed or any questions that I had Kevin was quick to reach out to me!! When I say this house has everything the bells and whistleā€˜s I mean above and beyond thanks for allowing my family to enjoy this place see you in the future!

Awesome House/Great Location

The house was very spacious and comfortable. It was nice to be able to cook rather than eating out every day. The owner has a large spice collection which was very convenient. The pool was a perfect size and it was nice to be able to swim whenever we wanted to. The owner was super responsive when I reached out to him. Would Definitely recommend the place and will definitely stay again.

Nice safe west Phoenix location

We had a very pleasant visit to Kevin's rental property in Avondale. Love the quiet golf course location, and the private pool was perfect for the HOT June days. Water temp was at 86 which felt cool compared to 104 outside. Yes, the pool pump and air conditioning are loud, but you get kind of used to it after the first night. I'm not sure what the high-pitched squeal is in the kitchen area. If you have sensory issues, this might not be the place for you. The queen bed squeaks and one of the twins is sagging, but the overall comfort of the house makes this a delightful rental. We used the washer & dryer daily to clean baseball uniforms (house is 15-20 minutes from Goodyear, Peoria, and Camelback spring training facilities). And it was nice to park in the garage using the provided opener. The garage is really hot though, just to warn you, since all the AC is inside the house! LOTS of spices in the spice cupboard and basic baking supplies and storage containers, ziplock bags, foil, parchment paper and saran wrap in the pantry/drawers. We also added some items to the freezer since we got a surprise delivery of vegan harvest bowls! There are also coolers you can use in the garage as well as a fabulous sport umbrella and some baby floaties. Kevin's communication via phone/text is fabulous. He's not over-imposing, but he's quick to help with any needs. Thanks!

Great value nice home

Had a great time staying here. The pool was nice. The house is clean and well equipped. Had an issue with the beds in one of the bedrooms but we were able to manage. Communicated our issue and it was handled to our satisfaction. We will definitely consider staying here again.

Great, relaxing place to stay

This is a nice three bedroom home in a quiet neighborhood ā€“ with a great pool that we used every day. The property backs up to a golf course, which makes the pool area nice and private. There's a screen room off the back, too, which was a good spot for coffee and Sudoku in the morning, or just to relax away from the pool. We ate at the table and chairs outside near the pool a lot when we cooked and stayed in. The home is an easy drive to the airport and stadiums downtown (we went to a D-Backs game -- about a 25 minute drive), and is near shopping and a lot of restaurants. It's also about 15 minutes from Estrella Mountain Regional Park, which is a great spot for hiking in the morning when it's cooler. Would for sure stay here again when we are in the area.

Snowbirds 2 month stay

Need to fix patio door ,quiet the pool pump, put up a net to stop golf balls, and add some silverware. Otherwise nice stay at clean house in good neighborhood.

Clean and Convenient

This home was very clean and well located S of I10, between 101 and 303. Quiet neighborhood as well. We are frequent VRBO renters, this was one of the best.
