“Fantastic view, great outdoors”

We stayed for a month at this beautiful home. We found the location nice and quiet. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, grill and fire pit. The owner and her son were great. We had an issue with cable and they got cable company out the very next day to replace the cable box. I appreciate they took care of it immediately and were always very helpful and pleasant. We would definitely stay there again and are considering a repeat next year if not sooner. The house was just as pictured, no surprises. The location was fine for all the things we wanted to do. It was a beautiful area for taking walks and the fact that it was a security area there was a very small amount of traffic. We found the house well outfitted, and the kitchen was a joy to cook in. Thanks so much Carmen and Josh!!!

What a lovely experience we had during our recent trip to Scottsdale! The home was very comfortable, had plenty of necessities on hand and wonderfully furnished. The view of the Boulders is spectacular, and the pool/fire pit/spa were all great to have. Can't wait to return in the future!

“Outstanding Property”

Four of us from California on an annual golf vacation stayed here for a week. Located in the hills very close to Troon North, this property was very relaxing, with fantastic views of the mountains. The back yard was like staying at a resort, with a great pool and jacuzzi. The gourmet kitchen was well stocked with cookware, glassware, dishes, etc. We each got own bedroom and bathroom, all of which were nicely decorated. We all agree that we'll be back again next year. The price was reasonable, the accommodations great, and the owner was very friendly and helpful.

This home is absolutely beautiful. The backyard oasis is fantastic. The location, in north Scottsdale, is quiet and relaxing. However, you are just a few minute drive to everything.

We recently travelled with four generations of our family, 9 people in all, for a family vacation get away. We've stayed in a few different rental homes in the past in the Scottsdale/Troon area and this home offered peace and quiet, tranquil scenery, bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone, super access to hiking trails and restaurants and shops. The home was very clean and nicely appointed. The pool was excellent, and the yard offered wonderful outdoor living. We'll definately consider for next time. Carmen, the owner, was a great help. No hesitation. It's even better in real life. :) Lisa

This property is on a large private lot. Each bedroom has an own bathroom which was very convenient. Close to all amenities and golf courses. Pool and hot tub were great. Exactly as advertised. would go back again.
