This brand new, fully air-conditioned 2 bedroom, 2 bath located in the center of Spanish Wells, Bahamas. Features an open concept kitchen and living area, private patio area with barbecue grill, & fully enclosed fence for privacy, perfect for vacationers who enjoy relaxing outdoors. Each bedroom includes 1 king-sized bed, a smart TV with cable and private bath to accommodate couples or families looking for an island escape. The living area also features a 50in smart TV one full-size futon couch/bed to aid in sleeping children or accommodating guests. A simple 3 minute walk carries you to Spanish Wells' famous 2 mile white sandy beach and crystal clear water! It’s located just a few minutes' walk from everything in town. If you like I will arrange a taxi to pick you up when you arrive and if you like I can give you a tour of our beautiful Island. Spanish Wells is a small unique island located of the northern tip of Eleuthera, less than 50 miles away from the country's capital, Nassau. This fishing-centered community offers many restaurants and stores, park/playground and a gazebo on the east and west end of the island so you can watch our gorgeous sunrise & sunset. This vacation rental includes golf cart (gas powered 4-seater), Kayak, paddle board, to ensure each day is a new adventure. The non-stop airlines flights include Silver Airways & United from Ft. Lauderdale (FLL), American Eagle from Miami(MIA) and Delta from Atlanta, GA, non-stop flights to North Eleuthera (ELH). The preferred transportation of choice is a golf cart. No need for a car! There are top notch charter companies to enhance your vacation experience.

We enjoyed the convenient location, spacious accommodations, and the hospitality of our host Sharon Albury. Sharon met us at the ferry dock and toured us around the Island, adding helpful tip[s and pointers along the way. We were quite comfortable during our visit.

Great Bugalow

We stayed for two weeks and loved it. The location is fantastic. Close to the grocery store, liquor store, restaurants, and the beach. The house is clean and comfortable. Loved having a washer and dryer. The hosts were very responsive and great people! We will stay there again!

Clean and spacious!

You can't go wrong with this rental! The entire place is very spacious and the amenities are new. Conveniently located near shopping and groceries and less than a 2 minute walk to the beach. The kayaks are so much fun and we saw so many turtles while paddling around the beautiful water. Sharon is a pleasure to rent from and she will take care of you if you need her to arrange taxi service or transportation from the dock to your rental. I highly recommend renting any of Sharon's properties.

Great all around :)

Sharon is so nice and responsive to questions and needs. The place is clean, well equipped, comfortable and affordable. We really enjoyed every aspect of this rental and had no problems. Kayaks and paddle boards were fun to use and the w/d is new and awesome. I asked for some beach chairs and she brought over 4 brand new expensive beach chairs within an hour. Like wow. Best time at this rental. We’ll see you again Sharon 😊

Another Day in Paradise

This is one of the best rental experiences we have ever had! The home is immaculate, well-equipped, and comfortable. The new bikes, kayak, golf cart and bar-b-que were so appreciated, and we used them all. The home is well-located with a beautiful beach nearby on one side, and a bustling town on the other. But the best part were our hosts, Sharon, and her husband, who respond immediately to every question, are right there if needed, and are gracious and welcoming - making this rental truly a home away from home. We've already recommended it to someone else. Thank you!

Spanish Wells fresh Lobster.

Really enjoyed Spanish Wells along with Sharon and her husband's rental. It's much larger than the pictures show and is has a well-stocked kitchen. Sharon communicated immediately when we booked only one day prior to our arrival. Our trip was a quick 3 day trip with my wife. Sharon arranged for a taxi to be waiting for us after we landed which took us from the airport (5 minute ride) to the water taxi. Then a short 8 minute boat ride and we were dropped on the dock where Sharon was waiting when we arrived. She gave us a quick tour of the island showing us restaurants, beach, local bars. ice cream shop, fresh daily made bakery and then dropped us off at the VRBO rental. We had so much fun hanging on the beautiful beach and exploring both Russel and Spanish Wells islands on the FREE golf cart that was provided with our rental. Although I was unfamiliar with the local waters, we rented a boat (Harborside Rentals) and spent the day boating, exploring Egg Island and the beautiful turquoise waters of the Bahamas. One of our favorite evenings was going to the local fresh catch market between 3-4pm that Sharon pointed out on our tour. The local fisherman had an assortment of fresh catch of the day. He took our order, and literally walked out on his dock and pulled two live lobsters from the water, removed the tail, bagged them on ice for a total of $15.00. Would cost us three times that much in Florida and ten times that much in a restaurant. We took the lobster back to the rental, fired up the grill and uncorked a bottle of wine while sitting on the cute private patio. Probably the freshest lobster we have ever eaten.

Sharon made our vacation perfect.

Great location to get to restaurants, ice cream, and beaches. Sharon arranged for taxi to meet us at North Eleuthera airport and met us on Spanish Wells to get us and luggage to our place. Golf cart was perfect to get to everything on island. Though unit is on main road, didn't hear noise at night and nice layout with bedrooms separated by kitchen and living room. Would highly recommend to anyone.

amazing Island Paradise

We enjoyed our stay at Sharon's place so much, that we allready booked again. The apartment was very quiet, spotless clean, the kitchen equiped with everything you could possibly need. The beach is just a 2 minute walk away. So is Budda's. You even have your own golf cart. Sharon was allways ready to help and provide you with informations.

Very convenient location on main road but noisy. The unit was excellent for two couples…lots of room and comfortable beds. Our host, Sharon, was helpful. Having the golf cart was a bonus and allowed us to explore the area. Only thing missing was the beach!

The perfect escape

Sharon goes out of her way to make your stay ideal. The place is so clean and the ac system keeps you cool, but the real blessing is the abundance of amenities: bikes, kayaks, sup boards, and a golf cart. My family of five thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Hope to be back soon.

A weekend in Paradise

The property was clean, cozy and spacious with everything we needed and ideally located close to everything. Our hosts were incredible!!! They made us feel so welcomed and at home and spoiled us. This is undoubtedly the place to stay at in Spanish Wells!

My husband and I purchased this property from his father. I have always had a passion for retail and that led me to eventually build and manage vacation homes so that others can experience the beauty of Spanish Wells.

I love the island feel of the property it's less than a 2 minute walk to the beach. Being so close to the beach and smelling the salty air creates that tranquil escape that so many vacationers and locals crave.
