We are located in the center of Spanish Wells, just a few steps away from our most beautiful 2 mile long beach and sparkling water, in the midst of stores and restaurants. You cant beat our location! Comes with a 4 seater golf cart and an outdoor gas grill. There are two spacious bedrooms with attached baths one on the main floor and one upstairs. An open kitchen, dining, living area with a pull out sofa bed. Wi-Fi internet, cable, tv and air conditioning.

We did not have kids with us on this stay but would not have any problems bringing them along to this property. It was a quiet rental just off the main road and safety was never an issue. Would definitely stay here again.

This was our second time staying here and we absolutely love it. It’s conveniently located in the center of the island so you are literally minutes from everything and the walk to the beach is perfect!

Another great stay

This was our second year in a row renting this apartment and it was just as good as our first time. Blair has kept this unit is great condition. Its proximity to the beach makes staying here a no brainer. We will be back to stay here again. Blair is awesome and super easy to communicate with.

Relax into spring

Blair is a great host, always available and very helpful. The apartment was clean and well equipped including a golf cart that was very convenient. Our daughter and granddaughter stopped by for five days and we were very comfortable.

Truly island time

From the time I stepped off the plane I was in paradise. Explored the whole Island with the golf cart that was included. Awesome location. Would definitely stay again.

Great Place

My wife and I spent a week at this apartment and it was perfect. Everything is exactly as listed online. It was our 3rd trip to Spanish Wells so we knew the area very well and understood what this place was. It was just my wife and I so we were just looking for somewhere really close to the beach that was clean because we spend very little time inside when we go. The host Blair is very responsive both before and during the stay. We didn't have any issues while we were there but she quickly answered the few little questions I had. Her golf cart was broken so she rented us one and had it waiting at the ferry dock when we got there. It was seamless. There is nothing fancy about the unit but that is exactly what we were looking for. Clean, close to the beach (literally 100 steps, one minute walk, at most) full kitchen, comfortable beds. We would stay there again in a heartbeat

Amazing stay!

A very short check in process, not far away from any important places (Supermarket, Restaurants, Shops )! A realy 1 minute walk to one of my favourite Beaches I ever saw! The property / unit is very clean, the owners more than helpfull! All in all : Thanks for an amazing stay! I can recommend this appartment 100 % !

The property had two separate contained floors which was great with a teenager wanting their own space. The location was superb. Right next to the beach and close to all the shops. Would highly recommend.

The apartment is a short easy walk to the beach, it’s clean and comfortable. This was our second time staying here for two weeks. Looking forward to another two weeks next year. It works for us.

Great Stay

The apartment was very nice. Apartment was just like the description of upstairs and downstairs bedroom with two baths. Very clean. Communication was excellent and very helpful in getting us to the property along with golf cart location upon arrival. Great vacation!

Easy to work with.

Any small problems were appropriately taken care of. Communication with the owner was easy. Thankful there was a buggy available. Disappointed in the beach accessibility and amount.

Great Spot!

We travel to Spanish Wells every April…this was our first time staying at this rental and we absolutely loved it! Very clean and well equipped. The included golf cart is a must when you stay there.

We stayed at Blaiir's apartment for three nights July 25-28th. Her prompt and concise communication was VERY appreciated. The apartment was clean and well appointed. It was a short walk to the beach and riding all over the island in the golf cart was the highlight of the stay for my boys who are 9 & 11. Although it was rainy most of.our stay, the apartment was comfortable enough to make staying in enjoyable! We loved our stay and can't wait to come back.

Great property, great manager

The property is in a great location, close to the beach and grocery stores, restaurants . It is well stocked and maintained. The owners were more than helpful and were quick to respond to questions through the process. The golf cart was a nice addition and was great to get around with.

Great short stay

Blair was great letting us in a couple of hours early and letting us stay after normal check out since we had a late flight. She even had us leave the buggy at the dock so we wouldn’t have to truck baggage. Very clean and convenient to everything!

Outstanding service

Met my wife and I at the dock with a friendly greeting and a smile. The place was extremely clean. Helped us find a reputable car rental company on the other island. She made all the arrangements for our pick up and return to the airport. Outstanding service would recommend this place definitely

Grandparents Paradise A perfect getaway for our first visit to SW to visit our son and his family.

Very comfortable loved the Christmas tree, fresh water, coffee maker etc. Need to resurface the refrig. Great to have the golf cart. It was close access to the beach, markets and shops
