The master and 2nd bedroom both have King beds with separate on-suite and walk in robes. The 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds which when combined form another King bed. The 3rd bathroom with separate toilet is located opposite the 3rd bedroom. The office also has a quality sofa bed which can accommodate an additional 2 people.

Clear days afford views as far as North Stradbroke Is in the North, Border Ranges in the West and Tweed Heads in the South. Tedder avenue is a pleasant 5 minute walk with a variety of restaurants and shops. You may like to swim in the heated indoor pool/ play a game of tennis work out at the gym or just laze in the spa .

Contessa Condominium Apartments are considered one of the best locations in the Gold Coast providing easy access to Surfers Paradise yet located in the quiet, exclusive area of Main Beach Tedder Ave shops and restaurants. It backs on to it own marina adjacent to the main Macintosh Island parkland between Surfers Paradise and Main Beach. You access key is available initially at reception or in a lock box at the front door for outside of office hours. We also provide a intercom communication system which allows access to your apartment for guests by dialing your apartment number at the front door.
