Appealing Family home with a big poo.l This 6 bedroom,4 bathroom waterfront house boasts an easterly aspect that captures the beautiful city skyline .. ...With sun all day long in the private backyard its a wonderful place to entertain and relax.....it had a gazebo for shelter from the sun,large pool and electric Webber BBQ. From the moment you enter this lovely property you get an instant sense of its size and spaciousness.


No pets..(unless approved by owners)
No party house please!😭

- Modern kitchen with stylish black Indian granite benchtops.
- Generous-sized bedrooms, most of which have pleasant water views.
- Ducted air conditioning,(cool for Summer and warm for any Wintery nights).
- Large and private outdoor entertaining area.
- Swimming pool

The house is only a few minute's drive to all that Broadbeach has on offer. Pacific Fair, Jupiters Casino, Gold Coast Convention Centre, the fabulous restaurant and cafe strip are all that close.
Furthermore , there is a wonderful coffee shop, Coffee Sisters, a 2 min walk from the house which serves wonderful breakfasts and excellent coffee.

The trademark golden beaches are also just minutes away by car and parking is very simple by the sand, literally.

As the owner, I pride myself on being a Superhost, at hand to help 24/7 with any needs the guests may have.....I often take care of Coles or Woolies deliveries , just before arrival, which are extremely popular, saving guests the run to the supermarket on arrival and ensuring food is refrigerated!!!

BABY PACKAGE INCLUDED on request...NO EXTRA COST... porta cot, high chair, playpen, change table, playmat, baby bath, games, toy,....
No smoking inside,ok outside in front and backyard entertaining areas...

Bedroom 6 is on the ground floor,bathroom next door a few steps away,in its own wing with an upstairs staircase if required to ensuited bedroom 5.....The downstairs bedroom 6, has King bed that can be arranged to make 2 singles on request....
All bedrooms are of a very generous size,master upstairs and bedroom 6 downstairs being very large.

Nigel could not do enough for us. The house was beautifully presented and the location was superb. We had three adult couples and a 3 year old and the layout made it so enjoyable because we always seemed to have so much space, never appearing to be on top of each other

Wonderful property

We had a lovely time. The house was true to photos, spacious and the kitchen was full of all amenities and cooking utensils and condiments. In the Broadbeach area, close to casino and Surfers. Nigel was a lovely host who took the time to make sure was comfortable and settled in. He was available 24/7 and check out and check in was seamless

Great house, location and host

The house is a great central location and spacious enough for nine of us inc mixed aged teens that didn’t have to share! Loved the pool and riverside aspect, beautiful view at night. Nigel was a great host and gave us top tips about the area. Recommend!

Fabulous Holiday

Thank you to our host Nigel for a wonderful stay at Broadbeach. We had a fabulous time in the house (especially being able to view the all-important sports whilst away). The location was great, close to all the Gold Coast has to offer including a lovely coffee shop only a few minutes stroll away.

A Perfect Family Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home at Broadbeach Waters. It was perfectly located for What we were looking for. The home was spacious, very clean and tidy and the owner couldn’t have been more accommodating. He was very easy to get along with and he was more than happy to do anything needed for us to enjoy our stay. The pool was kept immaculately and we were able to enjoy it every day of our holiday. We enjoyed the home along with our children and our grandchildren and there was plenty to keep the kids occupied for when we were at home, I would highly recommend this home to anyone wanting a hassle free getaway for their entire family.

Nice short break

The house is well set out with plenty of equipment for pool and kitchen. Fast wi fi, new bbq, plenty of hot water and good beds. It was really hot for our entire stay and that challenged the air con at times. Outside area and pool were well used. Take midge protection , they were out and about at dusk. Nigel was very accommodating.

From the very beginning, Nigel made us feel so comfortable during our booking process. He made the effort to contact us prior to our booking to ensure everything with our stay went smoothly. He was nothing short of welcoming when showing us around his beautiful home. We had an amazing stay with no problems at all and I would definitely recommend this stay to friends and family!! Impressive hosts! Great home. Perfect location.

This property was just perfect to spend a week, with our grown up children and grandchildren. It was big enough for all groups to have a bathroom and plenty of bedrooms. Large outdoor eating area with bar b que and pool. Large living areas inside. Its proximity to all those things you do on the Gold coast was perfect. All the "worlds", the hinterland and bush walks were easily reached. But the thing that made this property stand out was the outstanding communication from the hosts. From the outset they were approachable and instigated contact regarding things to do, places to visit, parks and pools for the kids, restaurants, nearby coffee shops and activities for each of the generations. They just bent over backwards to make sure we had the best time. Which we did, thanks to their input and lovely home.

Disappointed in the property description

Spacious, clean and a helpful owner. However, it was my plan, which changed, to bring a boat. There is a photograph in the advertisement of a house with a wide canal frontage and a floating jetty. If I had looked closer I would have noticed that this was a photograph of someone else’s house, rather than the one offered. The actual house has a very narrow frontage, no jetty and no facility to tie up a boat. I believe that the photograph represents a false description of what is being offered. Had I taken my boat, there would have been nowhere to moor it and nowhere to park the boat on the trailer. I thought I was renting a house with canal access and facility for a boat, that is not what I received. An honest photograph of the canal access would have convinced me not to rent this house.

Terrible experience

The place is advertised as family friendly and the layout of the house was great for a family though dealing with the host was a very poor experience. Key issues: (1) noise restrictions beyond 9pm. This was stressed multiple times to us - we had 4 young kids all under the age of 9 staying with us. Why advertise its family friendly when kids cannot be kids and swim in the pool after 9pm???? We were excused of making noise when we weren’t even in the house and I had to ring the owner and state, we’re not home!!! (2) facilities - the beds in 3 of the rooms are broken!! Every day we had to put the slats back on including the master bedroom. I mentioned this to the owner and he said he knew about it. That is negligent!!! And an accident waiting to happen Water pressure is terrible - the house had 4 bathrooms and 2 showers or even bathtubs cannot be used simultaneously without the water pressure literally stopping. The cistern in the master bedroom was leaking. Gave the host a heads up and he lost it. We stayed there for 6 nights and there was no fresh linens or towels to change so we had to wash the towels in order to reuse. (3) breach of privacy - the host came to the property unannounced - he could have knocked on the front to discuss any concerns but he looked through the window. (4) poor hosting - we were asked to take out the red bins. That would never happen in a hotel. The host lives 10 doors up, why didn’t he just come and do it? The ad for the house said it came with a BBQ, upon arrival (Thursday) it was clear there was not one there. The host said he would drop it off, had to contact the host multiple times to make sure he would drop the BBQ it off as we were having a Family BBQ on Saturday which I had told him previously. Overall, the host ruined the last 2 days of what was a magical family time for the kids. On arrival he was jovial though this was a farce. His demands and accusations suits any good.

Runaway Bay QLD

Nigel the owner goes out of his way to welcome guests and personally present the house in excellent order. Nothing is a problem he is simply a text or call away. The house is very well located, spacious and comfortable and its simply lovely to sit outside by the pool and soak up the atmosphere. Pity we visited in August as the pool would be great in the hotter months, but nevertheless we had a very delightful relaxing 10 day stay. We would have loved to stay longer and will definitely keep the place on our shortlist for future visits.
