Located in the North Scottsdale/Cave Creek and Carefree desert foothills area.

Private upscale gated community home featuring a beautiful 900 sq/ft. fully separate, one bedroom suite with great 10 FOOT HIGH CEILINGS throughout.

Two flat screen TVs with DirecTV. Large private master bedroom, with luxury mattress and bedding. Laminate wood floors. Ensuite master bath separate from powder room.

Extra comfortable lux queen size pull out sofa in separate living room that can be curtained off anytime for privacy.

Hotel style kitchenette. New (7/2020) full size refrigerator with top freezer, convection microwave and all the necessary kitchen supplies and tools and several different coffee making options including Keurig.

Suite features 3 private entrances (one in front & two at the back of your master bedroom or master bathroom to the patio, sparkling pool and decks. Private parking. Sleeps 4. No pets.

Private (no sharing) backyard pool is heated naturally by our Arizona sunshine. Summer average water temperature is 83°. Winter average water temperature is 64°.

Five minutes from downtown Cave Creek or the Boulders Resort & Golf course, fifteen minutes to the world famous Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale. Just 20 minutes to Barrett Jackson, Phoenix PGA Open Golf Course & Championship Tournament and 25 minutes to the Cardinals Football Stadium. Minutes to hiking and horse riding trails and 90 minutes to Sedona. Two hours to ski resort of SnowBowl.

Great Location!

Very comfortable and clean home close to fun! Pool was nice, bed was comfortable, and living areas were perfect. Would stay again. Robert was a super nice guy and had great recommendations on things to do and see.

Curt was incredibly kind and made sure I had everything I needed. A very attentive host and not at all intrusive, just a nice feeling that you’re welcomed and cared for. The pool time was divine. There’s a nicely outfitted kitchen so I could make my healthy food, no takeout needed. I’ll definitely stay again!

This place was perfect for my family on vacation from Holland. They loved the pool area and the desert scenery. Robert and Cindy are great hosts and Ollie 🐾 is the cutest. I highly recommend this property.

Arizona oasis

Although we never met Cindy, Robert was very accommodating and would text to assess our stay just to make sure there were no issues. It was the perfect location for my wife and me on our first vacation without the kids. Quiet, clean and will plan to visit again!

Girl's Weekend

The Casita was the perfect spot for our girl's trip. Felt like we were in a secluded resort. Booked it for the pool. It did not dissapoint. Robert, Cindy and Ollie were the perfect hosts. Would book again.

It’s simply perfect. Location is great, casita is comfortable, homey, beautifully decorated. Robert and Cindy were terrific and checked in to make sure we had all we needed. Would highly recommend this for your stay.

We were 3 German in this house for Bike Week. The house was very clean, quiet in a nice residential area. The outdoor area was very nice with a great pool. Robert & Cindy were very nice and friendly. Many thanks for everything. We will probably see each other again

Girls just wanna have fun!

A quick trip with my 2 daughters to visit my mom. Everything was great. The pool was a hit. My little one did not want to leave. Just note there is no stove top or washer dryer. I highly recommend staying.

Beautifully furnished casita in Cave Creek

Robert and Cindy were wonderful hosts! My private suite was beautifully decorated, and had several private entrances. I had everything I needed for a weeks stay. This suite is attached to the main home, but still offers great privacy. The outdoor pool area is gorgeous, and the fenced in back yard gave me a secure place to store my bicycles while I was visiting. The location is perfect for hiking or mountain biking, but still close to many restaurants. Thank you Robert and Cindy for providing such beautiful accommodations. A hotel suite this nice would easily cost twice the price. I would definitely rent here again if I am back in the area.

Great Location on Edge of Desert

My wife and I stayed for 3 nights. I attended a conference while my wife pursued golf. The unit is located in a gated community that is very quiet. The unit is attached to the hosts residence so they can respond to any issue quickly. The unit was tastefully decorated and plenty spacious for us to relax and enjoy. We walked around the neighborhood each morning looking at the desert landscape and observed hot air balloons in the distance. There are stores nearby for provisions and a few restaurants that you need as the unit does not have a full kitchen. There is a large dining table so this unit works well for take-out. Kim thoroughly enjoyed her golf experience and highly recommends Continental Municipal Course that has affordable greens fees.

Online pictures don't do this gem justice

this property is about 900 sq feet of very comfortable, very clean living close to beautiful Carefree and Cavecreek Az. The property is arranged to the owners home. Robert gives you complete privacy so dont worry about having your landlord as your neighbor but if you need ANYTHING, he is johnny on the spot. Robert is a wonderful friendly person who is eager to make sur you have what you need. Their price is right and you will love your stay. I give this place and Robert... 5 stars. Thanks so much Robert!!! I'll definately be back.

Found the property just as advertised, hosts were very helpful. Within Cave Creek where choices for dining were plentiful. One half hour to most anything in Scottsdale. Good golf courses within five miles

I'm in the Motorsports Entertainment business and Cindy is a versatile artist that loves to do complex bead work, mixed media clay and quilting. I'm also an avid skier and drummer while my favorite thing to do is drive race cars.
