3-bed/2-bath apartment with a large terrace overlooking the Bay of Kotor.

Light and bright, fully air-conditioned apartment situated on the top two floors of a 17th century Venetian old stone house frontline (6m across the street) to the sea. Enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of Kotor Bay and the imposing mountains while relaxing outdoors on your own private roof terrace with the best views in Montenegro! Swim in the calm, clear bay waters just meters away from the apartment. Watch the amazing sunsets and fall in love with the area's timeless, natural beauty.

Enjoy the convenience of a well-stocked minimarket, along with a number of friendly family-owned restaurants (Konobas), cafes and bakeries (Pekara) all within a short walk of your holiday apartment.

Prcanj is a quiet, picturesque maritime village along Kotor Bay, offering a true glimpse of times gone by. Whilst everything needed for a wonderfully relaxing holiday is at your fingertips, it's only a short trip by bus or taxi into Kotor or beyond for day trips.

All in all, this is a gorgeous, spacious and comfortable home away from home in the perfect location.

The view was amazing! The apartment was clean and spacious. I would recommend it to anyone. The welcome basket was perfect. We were sad to leave such a beautiful place and country.

That view, absolutely stunning it was a joy to wake up, sit on the terrace admire the view and watch the swallows. We swam in sea everyday, which was a couple of metres from the property. The apartment was great and offered everything needed for an enjoyable stay. A full length mirror would be a welcome addition. Check in was seamless all in all a great stay, thank you.

The balcony is absolutely amazing. We spent most of our time either swimming right outside the apartment or on the balcony. We loved watching boats and cruise ships coming and going. The neighborhood is wonderful. Good restaurants, shops and bakery all easy to get to. The house is clean and comfortable. We did not want to leave! We will be back. The check in process is easy if you read the instructions. Parking spot was very handy. One recommendation is that if you’re going to drive, get the smallest car you can. The road around Kotor bay should be one way but is for two. Lots of close calls!

Wonderful stay in Prcanj! The apartment is cosy, well equipped with all you need, air con in every room. As advertised, the terrace is amazing, it has a big table, a nice corner sofa, small table and a few sunbeds - we loved sitting there, the view is stunning at any time of the day, with the sunlight travelling through the bay and surrounding mountains. Julie, the owner, was super helpful and responded instantly. At arrival we found a huge bowl of fruits, bread, jam, other food in the fridge - we felt welcome, the local hosts took care of everything. Parking - thanks for the possibility to park our two rented cars (we were 7). Great that you do not really need a car to go to the restaurant, the grocery/bakery or even to Kotor - the bus stops just in front of the building. Also you can arrange the speedboat cruise to the Blue Cave to pick you up from Prcanj marina, which was super convenient (just less than 10min walk). Overall an exceptional experience, we will cherish our memories from this place, highly recommended!

I did a mother/son trip with my adult son and we had a lovely 4 night stay at Julie's apartment. The location was perfect. We enjoyed sitting on the terrace watching the boats/cruise ships as well as swimming in the sea directly across the street.The apartment was very clean, bright and spacious, and each room is equipped with air conditioning. There are restaurants, bakery and convenient stores all within walking distance.From the beginning, communication with Julie was easy and she provided many helpful tips and suggestions.If we return to Montenegro, we will definitely stay here again.

What a fabulous little piece of paradise. This was our first time in Montenegro and we couldn't have picked a better place to stay. Our teenager's first response, "How is this place even real?" The location is great. The view is amazing. The home is fun and very comfortable. There is plenty of space to spread out. We could have spent all of our time on the terrace, but we had exploring to do! Our only regret... we didn't stay here longer.Julie and her caretakers were extremely responsive. (Seriously, my own mother doesn't get back to me this quick.) They answered all of our questions and made sure our stay at their property was perfect. Thank you to them for such wonderful hospitality. Other perks we enjoyed besides the amazing terrace and our hosts - a designated parking space, A/C, comfy beds, beach towels, restaurants within walking distance and washing machine.If you have the opportunity to book this property, do it!

Incredible place to stay!

This was such a great stay! Julie, the host, is super organized and she had the best check in info package I’ve ever seen. Location is fabulous, communication with host and property manager was easy and they always replied really quickly.

From start to finish, Julie was amazing, so helpful and really speedy to respond. The property is incredible and the view from the very large terrace is spectacular. This is a very special place. There are no negatives and we were very sad to leave.

We had a brilliant time in this gorgeous apartment. It has the most beautiful terrace, good facilities and the water access across the street is just fabulous!! We went for a dip every day. The parking is good but we also used the bus which stopped just outside. You have lovely views of the bay and it is much quieter than being close to Kotor Old Town.

We absolutely loved this place. It was super clean, spacious, had the most stunning balcony and view, and it was bliss being able to walk two steps to sunbathe and swim off a jetty. The host was very quick to respond and had left us all sorts of thoughtful goodies, despite the fact that we are vegan. If we ever return to Montenegro we will definitely book here again.

Beautiful View and Amazing Location

Julie was excellent to work with. She had all the information we needed and provided extremely helpful information. The apartment is beautiful and the terrace really is amazing. I highly recommend this VRBO and I’m excited to come back to Kotor!

Spectacular Place to Stay

Property was beautiful and the property managers were very responsive and went out of their way to welcome us. The property was in close proximity to restaurants bakeries and the city of Kotor. The scenery from the terrace was amazing and the accommodations were first class. Highly recommend this!!!

Best part of Montenegro

We loved everything about our trip to Montenegro, but staying here was the best part! We absolutely loved sitting out on the terrace in the morning and evening and taking in the incredible views. Check in was easy, the apartment was huge, and had everything we needed. We also loved the quiet location, but were still close to old town kotor. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Everything Julie & Nick provide inside property is first class.Outside Terrace is fabulous of an evening to star gaze and relax, Swimming opposite or nearby beach is delightful.Local restaurants within walking distance and Blue Line bus to Kotor is easy way to explore without a car.Red Taxi very reliable also if pre booked.

Great Place to Stay on the Bay of Kotor

Julie was very responsive and helpful to us in preparing for our trip to the region. Her apartment was clean and spacious and a fun place to stay. The patio is every bit as beautiful as described. And the location on the bay is perfect. Its away from the congestion of Kotor but still has easy access to the town and sights around the bay. We would be happy to stay again if we return to the area.

Overall, excellent. Very well equipped property. Terrace was a real highlight with superb views. Cosy kitchen/living space. Only observation would be the rather vertiginous steps up to the top bedrooms, with limited head space. Not a problem for the younger members of our party, but should probably be mentioned in the details.

Amazing stay at this gorgeous place

We loved our vacation at this lovely apartment. It is very well conceived and equipped, very well located and the view is absolutely stunning. It was such a treat everyday to get to watch Kotor Bay from the terrace. The host is lovely and super responsive, and assisted by a lovely local couple who is equally responsive and helpful. This place really felt like a gem and I would highly recommend it to everyone!

Fantastic stay

We had a fantastic stay! Beatuiful apartment, that is even better than described and seen on the pictures. Perfect location and the best host in Nick and Julie! We hung out on the beach all day, and went around to explore the vicinity in the afternoon. Incredible boat trip with Ivan to The Blue Cave, Submarine base+++ Highly recommended. We would love to come back to this apartment!!

The house is exceptionally well placed and allowed us to explore the surrounding area by car. The restaurant downstairs was excellent and the waiter extremely kind. We warmly recommend this house. A very special thank to Julie, our host, for her kindness.

Lovely apartment, which had everything we needed, from a well equipped kitchen to inflatables for in the sea, the beach chairs and towels and as others have said an amazing terrace with beautiful views. Really appreciated the amazing fruit, wine and stock cupboard items on our arrival. Stairs are very steep going up to the bedrooms so if you have crawling babies or toddlers check they have a stair gate. May also not be suitable for the very elderly. A perfect place for a relaxing holiday, with swimming at the beach below and enough lovely restaurants within walking distance. Near the bakery there are some tables in the shade where you can drink a beer and watch the world go by. Driving from Kotor to the apartment can be a bit nerve racking with narrow roads and close to the sea, but take your time and you will get used to it! The bus from outside the apartment is handy for the evening, if you want to go to Kotor. They are every hour but come when they come, there does not seem to be a timetable! Taxis can sometimes be difficult to get. My only very minor feedback for the apartment is mirrors in the bedroom and a full length mirror would be nice. We struggled a bit with the lighting under the table when eating or playing cards, and so would rest our iPhone on the slats so we could see better, so a light under there would also be a great addition. All in all a really beautiful apartment in a stunning location. Would highly recommend

We're a family of five, originally from the UK and now living in the USA. We first visited Montenegro in 2016 and have returned each year since - there's just something special about the people, the area and the way of life in the small village of Prcanj that caught our imagination.

This apartment was the property we booked through HomeAway, and stayed in on our second visit to the area. It checked all the boxes - excellent reviews from past visitors, spacious enough for our family, close to the sea and to lots of great restaurants and minimarkets for that late evening ice cream while watching the sunset behind the most fantastic mountain range in the region from the most wonderful seafront terrace in the whole area. When we discovered that the property was for sale a few months ago, we leapt at the chance to make it our own and to continue to offer it to people around the world to experience its charms!

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

The property sleeps seven comfortably. But by far the best feature is the wide-open terrace - the largest and closest to the sea in the entire area - from which you can experience the glorious sunrises and sunsets that this nook of Montenegro has to offer. From a more practical point of view, the apartment has been completely modernized with all new kitchen appliances, spacious showers, wi-fi and the all-important air conditioning to take the edge off those summer high temperatures!
