Un petit bijou

Pas grand chose de négatif à dire au sujet de cette location d’exception dont le point fort est avant tout la localisation et la vue. La seule chose qui est un peu contraignante est que l’on doive garer la voiture sur un parking à l’extérieur de la propriété et en bordure de la route. Mals le propriétaire très prévenant et sympathique assure que l’endroit est surveillé de près par une caméra. On pourrait aussi parler de l’unique point de climatisation qui se trouve au premier niveau ce qui ne permet pas vraiment de rafraîchir les chambres du deuxième, par ailleurs assez petites et aux matelas assez fermes. Mais tout le reste est vraiment conforme à la description et en tous points magique: la piscine, le site et le panorama, la pièce principale ainsi que la salle de bain. La villa permet d’accéder directement aux ruelles et escaliers qui descendent vers la jolie petite ville de Perast riche de beaux palais de bord de mer et de deux petits joyaux que sont les îles d’en face à visiter absolument pour elles-mêmes et pour la vue sur le port de Perast. Pour les petits déjeuners le mieux est d’aller à l’hôtel qui jouxte la villa et qui offre une excellent rapport qualité prix. Donc nous recommandons chaudement et espérons avoir l’occasion de revenir à la villa Violica.

Beautiful Villa in Perast

A wonderful villa located in the old town of Perast with beautiful views in every direction. We enjoyed an evening sat on the terrace with drinks and a barbecue after taking the ferry down to Kotor from the pier, by following the steps that lead directly from the villa. No need to use the car or find a parking space! Our host was very welcoming and gave us tips on the local area. We would love to come back and will certainly recommend to others!

Perfect place to avoid croud

Wonderful view, House is comfortable, besides some dogs barking and sometimes church bells ringing, perfect place to avoid croud from kotor.. we loved looking at cruise boats and anything coming and going out of the path. Pool is perfect

Lovely villa

Lovely villa in a great location you couldn’t ask for a more beautiful view, the village is a short 5 min walk but a lot of stairs, the village has a small shop and a great choice of restaurants, pity it rained everyday, but even with the weather we had a great holiday and would definitely recommend it as we travelled all round the bay and Perast was certainly the best village.

Fantastic villa and fantastic service!

We had an amazing week in Perast. The villa is amazing and the view from the pool is jaw dropping. One could never get tired of watching the boats cruise in and out of the Bay of Kotor. The town of Perast is just a few steps away. Several food options in town. Rent this Villa you will not be disappointed!

Спасибо огромное за прекрасные выходные. Отмечала день рождения. Восхитительная вилла. В живую лучше, чем на фото. Нашли сразу. Удобная парковка для авто. Чистота, комфорт и порядок. очень радует внимание ко всем мелочам. Сервис очень хороший. Нам очень понравилось, всем советую. Несомненно мы сюда обязательно вернемся. Ваши гости. Спасибо.

AMAZING WE HAD A FANTASTIC HOLIDAY!

This is a lovely villa with spectacular views. The photos are an accurate representation of the apartment and the views from the patio area. With easy access down through the cobbled winding passages of old Perast to the lovely Bay of Kotor, we either explored the ancient town or just relaxed in the infinity pool and watched the boats in the Bay.

This place is absolutely jaw-dropping

The view is even better than the photo and you won't be disappointed. The house is high up on the hill above the town of Perast and it looks down onto the rooftops and church spires, along with a commanding view over the Bay of Kotor. The house was super clean and the host was very welcoming. He even provided us with a baby high chair and bed just as a bonus! The location is ideal for exploring the bay - Kotor is a 25 min drive and the beach towns of Budva, Sveti Stefan and others are under an hour. Plus, you have the beautiful town of Perast at your doorstep (and down a few steps, obviously). We had 3 adults and 2 young children and this place was pretty much perfect.

Gorgeous views in lovely Perast

This was one of the most stunning locations I have ever at stayed in. The accommodation was clean, comfortable and well furnished. The views from the terrace were utterly amazing and the pool was a really nice addition. Lovely Perast was much nicer than hectic Kotor...good range of seafront restaurants and swim spots. Thoroughly recommend.
