We were absolutely delighted with our stay here. The apartment is in a fabulous location and we enjoyed sitting outside with a magnificent view. The apartment had everything we needed for a great stay. The hosts are the most generous people and made our trip all the more special. You will be happy if you choose to stay here. Its an easy walk into Kotor and plenty of bus options to visit other towns. Thank you Michelle and Matthew.

Michelle is an incredible host, nothing was too much trouble and she went to so much effort to ensure we had a lovely stay. The highlight was the boat trip she included as part of our stay.

We had an absolutely amazing stay here.Lovely apartment with spectacular views of the bay. Great location for walking into the old town. What elevated the holiday was Michelle & Matthew’s very generous hospitality, they catered for all our needs ensuring our stay was as comfortable and special as it could be, the highlight being the boat trip around the bay. By far the Best Vacation Rental in Kotor! This property gets a 10 plus rating! It started with our host Michelle picking us up at the airport. The apartment was very comfortable for our family of 4 with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It was exceptionally clean and supplied with a refrigerator filled with food, snacks and drinks including beer and wine. We didn't have to worry about running to the store when we arrived. The local market was only a quick 10 minute walk down the street and the old town was about a 5 minute walk further. The best part of the property was the very large terrace that overlooked Kotor Bay. One one side is a large dining table where we enjoyed many meals while watching the boats and on the other side of the terrace was a private pool. A highlight of our trip was the afternoon that Michelle and her partner Matthew took us on their Sailing Yacht all around Kotor Bay with time for a swim and a delicious lunch. Michele was always available to help us and answer any questions that we had. Do not look any further and book this property! Thank you Michelle for a wonderful vacation!

Fabulous - highly recommend! We had a fantastic time staying at this property. It was very clean, perfectly furnished, with everything that you could possibly need, a full fridge of welcome goodies and lovely comfortable beds. The outdoor terrace is huge, with plenty of seating, and a fantastic view over the bay - we thoroughly enjoyed breakfast on the terrace each morning. The pool is an added bonus and was great for a dip to cool down after a day out exploring and sightseeing. We also used the paddle boards and kayaks - which were great fun. The apartment is perfectly situated a short walk from the old town, which is very pretty and, where there are plenty of restaurants to choose from. There is also a delicious bakery and local shop a little closer. We stayed for a week and there is lots to explore in the local area - the view from Lovcen, which you can reach by cable car, was particularly stunning. However, our favourite day out was the trip we took with Michelle and Matt on their yacht Foolish Behaviour. It was so much fun swimming, sailing, chatting, drinking and eating the most amazing food and topped off with donut rides pulled behind the rib boat. A huge thank you to Michelle and Matt for being the most amazing hosts and going above beyond to make our stay so enjoyable. Michelle even realised our children had their birthdays whilst we were away and surprised them with balloons, cakes, cards and gift - so kind and thoughtful. Highly recommend staying here.

Incredible place with an amazing host!

Everything was perfect, almost too good to be true. Michelle is such a gracious host and made our stay so easy. She communicated everything we needed for our arrival, met us and provided a fully stocked kitchen which kept us fed and entertained for the whole week. Will happily stay here again!

Amazing property and host!

This was our second time staying here and it was just as amazing second time round! The apartment is great - amazing pool, sea front access and beautiful views from the huge terrace. Michelle is a great host who goes above and beyond to look after guests - including picking us up at the airport, providing chilled beer, wine and food essentials on arrival and paddle boards/kayaks for us to use. Michelle and Matthew also took us on a wonderful boat trip around the bay. Thank you for another great stay!

Great place

Great location, easy walk from the old town but with a view of Kotor, which is especially beautiful at night. The host is fantastic, with loads of local knowledge. The apartment has everything you could ask for, we particularly appreciated all the supplies that were provided on our first day. Can’t recommend this property enough.

The best

We were met by Michelle the owner with a huge smile and that smile remained throughout our stay. The accommodation is just lovely and the outside space was perfect, the kayaks and paddle boards being an added bonus. I cannot rate this accommodation and host highly enough and would recommend anyone to stay there. Thanks Michelle you made our stay truly special and memorable we'll be back ❤

The best host!

The position of the house is excellent, right on the water, and an easy 10 minute walk to the old city of Kotor. Michelle is the most welcoming and attentive host. She provided a generous amount of wine, beers and snacks on arrival, and was always on hand to give advice if needed. The boat ride in the bay, to the submarine pens was spectacular. One of the best properties that we have stayed in on our travels in Europe.

Fabulous villa, host and location

Just come back from a great week in Montenegro. The villa was just as described and the location was perfect. Central for exploring Montenegro and the activities it offers. Kotor old town had numerous excellent restaurants and shops to mooch round and was only about 10-15mins walk from the accommodation. But the thing that stands out from other places we have stayed is the host, Michelle, her attention to detail and care she shows went above and beyond to make sure we had an enjoyable holiday - thank you Michelle.

Amazing views

Beautiful apartment set in a stunning location with amazing views. The apartment was so well equipped with excellent attention to detail. Walking distance to Kotor in the evenings for numerous restaurants. Michelle was the best host we have encountered on our travels so helpful informative and kind.

Absolutely fantastic stay!

Michelle was the most amazing host (she literally thinks of everything) and her house felt like home away from home. But better! The views are breathtaking, the pool is lovely, the whole apartment and setting are just amazing. We had the best time and managed to walk to Kotor Old Town which is also stunning and has such a great variety of restaurants and shops. 10/10 would recommend and will book again!

We had a great time in this lovely appartment with a large terrace and its own swimming pool, right in front of the sea. Location is perfect in a calm spot for swimming and only 10/15 min walking distance to Kotor old city. And above all, Michelle was the best host I ever had!

Fabulous find

Travelled to Montenegro as part of my sisters birthday celebrations. Michelle the host of this property took hospitality to a new level, such a warm, generous person who put the comfort of her guests front and centre. Property location is a short walk to Kotor old town and the views from the balcony were extremely impressive. All in all - an amazing place to stay. We hope to return

Fantastic place with a fabulous host

Can’t fault this place. It’s in a great location, 15 minute walk into Kotor, and right on the sea front. Having the use of kayaks and paddle boards was brilliant. Michelle and Matt are excellent hosts who go way beyond what you would normally expect. Nothing was too much trouble. Can highly recommend ⭐️

Breathtaking views and unforgettable experience.

My husband and I have stayed at several VRBO locations throughout the years and this one absolutely tops the list! Waking up each morning to the amazing view and enjoying a cup of coffee on the private terrace was such a treat. To top it off, Michelle is such a warm and gracious host. She is so welcoming, informative, and had the apartment stocked with everything you could possibly need. If you have the opportunity to stay at this beautiful apartment, do it!!!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!

Our stay was absolutely amazing. The accommodation is absolutely spotless and so so lovely. The pictures don’t do it justice. We used the paddle boards and kayaks every day, they were just fab! Michi went over and above for us leaving us some snacks and essentials and checking in to ensure we were happy with everything and was always there to offer advice. Both her and Matthew are fantastic hosts! Thank you so much x

In my many many years of travelling and renting apartments/villas I have never met a nicer kinder host. Michelle is happy if her guests are happy and goes above and beyond to make sure you have the best trip ever. Everthing was perfect, the apartment, the pool the location but most of all Michelle and her partner Matthew. Thank you again for making our stay so special.

Gorgeous property

Michelle’s flat was amazing. It was well laid out, clean, had everything that we needed, and has an incredible view. The walk to Old Town Kotor was a quick 10-15 minutes depending on your pace. The location was quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of the port. Perfect! Michelle was responsive, super friendly, and fun. We will definitely be back.

We had the loveliest of stays at Michelles apartment. Can't recommend it enough. The fridge was full of basics on arrival which was extremely generous and useful. We enjoyed our afternoon out with her and Mathew of Foolish Behaviour immensely. Our Son enjoyed some sea front fishing and we all got to try our balancing skills on the paddle boards. Old town Kotor is an easy walk with many options for restaurants and we managed to visit a few of the local towns. You never know we might well head back there one day. First time to Montenegro and it didn’t disappoint The apartment was great catering for a relaxing and exploring holiday it was in a very good location 10-15 walk into old town with supermarket, bars and restaurants on route The apartment had everything to make it home from home Michelle was an Excellent host, and on hand to answer questions on the area and on her recommendation places to eat nothing was any trouble Thank you Michelle for making our stay a very memorable one 🥂

Lovely stay in Kotor

We really enjoyed our stay in this property. It has a stunning view which we enjoyed either sitting on the terrace with a drink in hand or through the large windows from inside. It is very comfortable with everything that you would need thought of and provided. Michelle is extremely generous, both with her time and with all the little extras that she provides in the apartment. She is hands down the best host I have ever encountered. Kotor is beautiful and we will definitely be coming back again.
