Unparalleled scenery, greenery, foliage. This modern, furnished house directly overlooks the lake, with private dock. New appliances, fireplaces upstairs and down, ice maker, wine cooler. Master bedroom includes private bathroom. Spectacular views from the rear deck, side deck has retractable awning. 2 Kayaks, 1 canoe, 3 pedal bikes available.

Rafting, tubing, boating, hiking nearby. Lake George, Great Escape, Saratoga, all within easy driving distance.

*The House includes 3 bedrooms on the main floor:
- Master bedroom, with 4-poster, king-size bed and private bath/shower.
- Guest bedroom #1: 1 Queen, 1 Twin size bed
- Guest bedroom #2: 1 Queen, 1 Double size bed
- Sleeps 6 adults or 6 adults + 2 children, max.
- futon/double bunk beds downstairs in the finished basement

Entertainment:
All bedrooms come equipped with a wide-screen TV. The master bedroom smart-TV includes our NetFlix subscription and supports a wide variety of streaming content.

Upstairs and downstairs Entertainment Center (EC) TVs have connected Blu-Ray players and are enabled for streaming media, including NetFlix, via attached Roku devices. A 5.1 audio system is installed in the downstairs EC.

There are a number of books and DVDs in the house. A variety of board games are stored in the closet adjacent to the downstairs EC. There is also a piano keyboard.

Towels and blankets provided for all rooms. LINENS PROVIDED FOR THE MASTER BEDROOM ONLY. If you would like us to provide the sheets for additional beds, there is a $15 charge per set - to offset our cost for having the cleaning service remove, launder and return them to the house. Extra sheet charges - if applicable - are assessed separately (usually as deductions from your security deposit). They are not included in your rental quote.

Attractions: Within easy driving distance: Great Escape, Saratoga Performing Arts Center, Saratoga harness and flat-racing track

Rental Policy: No pets & no smoking. $300 security deposit required and refunded upon satisfactory inspection of property. Until confirmed, rates subject to change without notice. Renters must comply with the waste recycling policies of the House* and the Town of Edinburg and must place waste in the bin provided for pick-up prior to 8:00 AM on Monday, additional charges (deducted from security deposit) will be levied for non-compliance.

Dock Availability. Water levels on Great Sacandaga Lake can vary by eleven feet or more. Generally they are highest in the Spring and lowest in the Winter. To avoid damage from lake ice or contact with the lake bed, the dock is removed from service shortly after Labor Day returned to service in mid-May. With the dock removed, the lake is accessible via the stairway at the rear terrace (see picture in listing).

Renters must be at least 25 years old. All rentals begin at 4:00PM and end at 11:00AM unless otherwise specified.

*All recyclables must be emptied, rinsed clean and shaken dry before being placed in the labeled bins located in the garage. Please take all 'for deposit' bottles and cans with you when you leave, to redeem your deposit. (Plastic bags are available in the cabinet at the back of the garage.)
