There is a half bathroom on the main level of the home accessible from the kitchen and living space. A large covered porch leads out the front door to the private courtyard area where there is a swimming pool and plenty of seating for everyone to bask in the sun and relax.

The second level of the home features another large sitting area with ample seating and a flat screen TV. There are 3 bedrooms on the second level to accommodate up to 8 guests. The first guest bedroom includes a king size bed and private full bathroom. The second guest room includes a queen size bed and access to the home’s private second level balcony. The third room is a bunkroom and includes two twin over twin sets of bunk beds. There is also a full bathroom accessible from the second level sitting area.

• A 50% Advance Deposit is due at the time of booking.
• Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date.

• Check-In begins at 4:00PM CST. If available, an early check-in may be requested for an additional fee.
• Check-Out is by 10:00AM CST. If available, a late check-out may be requested for an additional fee.
• Must Be 25 Or Older To Rent. We have a strict family only policy. No exceptions.
