This rental suite is part of a small group of villas facing Lake Osoyoos. There is a large private dock with a roped off designated swimming area directly across the street. The complex itself has a pool, hot tub and small fitness room (a unique feature for an Osoyoos rental property).

Your 918 sf villa is steps from lakefront. It has 2 bedrooms.: One queen bed (with ensuite bathroom, TV, large closet, 6 drawer dresser) and two double beds (almost queen size with bathroom and closet). All towels, linen, soap, toilet paper, cleaning agents are included in Villa stay.

The Kitchen is fully equipped with all kitchen amenities including utensils, microwave, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker. There are captains chairs at the counter as well as a kitchen table for seated dining. The Living room is furnished with 3-seater leather couch and two comfortable chairs. The TV has basic cable with sports channel and WiFi/internet unlimited data.

Just outside your door, you have full access to a private pergola covered patio with a six-seater patio table and use of the propane BBQ. To the left of the patio is the pool and hot tub with lounger chairs and seats. To your right is Osoyoos Lake where a very large dock is available only to Lakeshore Villa residents and visitors.

*No Lifeguard on duty at any time on either the dock or the pool area. You are responsible for the safety of your kin.
