Carriage House 213 is where you want to be. Walk out the door to restaurants and shopping in the Prospector Square area, relax in the Sheraton pub (next door) or by a public firepit, walk to the center of Park City, or take a free bus to one of three world-class ski areas! This is a true one-bedroom unit. The bedroom has a king bed and washing sink. The living room has a pullout-couch, 42-inch TV, and balcony. The eat-in kitchen is fully-stocked for whatever you want to cook, or venture out to the world-class restaurants in Park City. There is even a hanger to store skis! Please note that all fireplaces in the building cannot be used due to Homeowners Association restriction.

Lovely unit, great location!

We stayed here for 5 nights over Christmas and had a great stay. The location was perfect and the unit was quiet and comfortable.

Convenient for skiing and for everything else - We’d stay here again

This property is as advertised. We really enjoyed the convenience to good restaurants, the grocery store and the slopes. We had a car so that made everything easier but everything was very close. Working with the owners was easy, too as they were very responsive.

Great little place on the free bus route!

This place was exactly as advertised. The owner was very responsive to a small issue (the heat was very hot). This place is well equipped in the kitchen and bath, literally steps away from the yellow or red bus stops - all free! We would highly recommend - and you must check out SaltBox!

Perfect

The condo was perfect for us as a couple. Easy access to the bus which gets you to the slopes or downtown. Deb was very responsive when we had a question. We would definitely stay there again.

Second time at this property

We stayed here one year ago this location is right on bus line. You can park the car and leave it and just take bus. Condo had everything we needed. The condo was quite warm.

The property was great, plenty of room and everything we needed. Location was great for the bus

The owner gave all the info we needed to enter the property and the unit was as expected. Bus was a short walk away. The Bus drop us off at the ski area and we took it back. We would rent again and ski Deer Valley

Great location and fully stocked!

My ideal ski condo allows me to cook great meals with ease, not rent a car, and get great rest. Deb's unit at The Carriage House easily meets all three. She has all of the little things for cooking (wraps, foil, specific utensils, spices, oils, etc). There are two different bus stops close to the building that each have a different route that gets you to either mountain. We got great rest and had ZERO issues with foot traffic in the unit(s) above ours. I never even thought about getting my earplugs from my dopp kit. Lastly, Deb never hesitated about allowing a later check-out when I told her that our departing flight didn't leave until 4pm. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Place in Park City!

If you’re looking for an affordable, clean, quiet condo with a great location, this is it. We loved our week long stay at Deb and Phil’s Carriage House condo. Park City offers tons of things to do and using the bus transit system we were able to leave our car in the parking lot nearly all week. The kitchen is exceptionally stocked with a new dishwasher and fridge. We did a lot of cooking and it was just like home. Deb was easy to communicate with- promptly responded to our email questions and helped us with a couple small issues that popped up. We highly recommend this place!

Nice place

The place is nice. Good location. Close to grocery, drug, and liquor stores. The pool was warm and the hot tub hot. Local bus stop very close. Big bathroom, And the sink in the bedroom was nice.Kitchen fully stocked. Weird spoons in the drawer, and you could hear the people upstairs. I think they had an elephant up there. It would be tight for four people.

Convenient, clean and cozy!

This was such a great condo for skiing! It’s conveniently located near lots of shopping and several buses so it’s easy to get to both Deer Valley and Park City. The owners are very helpful and our experience with them was great before our trip even began, as they answered questions about the ski buses and area. The condo itself is fully stocked and nothing was lacking, and the hot tub and heated pool in the complex were great bonuses after a long ski day. I’d definitely recommend this place and stay here again.

Great Park City Location

The owners of this condo in Park City, Deb and Phil, are wonderful. From the first moment we booked, we found them immediately responsive and helpful. They answered questions immediately and even sent over supplies when needed. The condo is very well stocked with everything needed for cooking and cleaning although there are excellent restaurants within walking distance. Everthing is close by including movie theaters and Fresh Market. It is a perfect central location for any vacation. The condo itself is very comfortable with a king bed in the bedroom, nice living room furniture, beautiful TV and a fold old couch if needed. Thank you Deb and Phil, we will return!

Great space which is very conveniently located for us.

We had a great stay here during Sundance. It's very conveniently located to get to different venues, especially the Prospector Theatre. Loved the convenience of the keypad entrance. There is only one washer/dryer in the on-site laundry room, so we had to wait for that to be available. The unit was clean when we arrived, with plenty of towels and blankets and kitchen utensils/cooking equipment.

Convenient location, bedding needs work

I really would love to give it more stars. It's a very conveniently located and generally comfortable apartment. But I just can't overlook the bedding situation. Decorative pillows on top of bed were full of other people's hair. The blanket was dirty and did not have any cover on it, it just had a sheet under it but we were grossed out having to touch the blanket while sleeping. We ended up finding an extra sheet in the closet and putting it over the blanket. Simple solution would be to invest in some duvet covers for the blanket and change them out in between guests and clean the rest of the things that go on top of the bed. There was also a layer of dust on most surfaces. Fixing these couple of things would make it a 5 star stay.

Thank you for letting me know! UGH!!!! I would have been upset too!! I wish you had texted me right away about this as I would have had it corrected immediately!! I am disappointed with our cleaning company about the hairs and blanket and dust!!! We do not live locally so rely others to make sure the unit is perfect. This is the first complaint we have received in the year of owning the unit. Thank you again for letting us know and I do hope you will try us again. I am glad you thought the unit was comfortable in general and well located.
