The property was in a good location for us. It was not as clean as expected. There was sand on the closet floor (no brooms to try to clean it up), hair on the bedroom carpeting, and we saw (and killed) two roaches during our stay. Would not stay here again.

WIFI did not work when we got there. Technician got it running but weā€™re on an unsecured network which didnā€™t work well at all while also opening possibilities to be hacked. Also as a guest I had to get a parking pass and pool key. Why it wasnā€™t in the rental I could not understand. The rental itself was nice and clean.

Great stay!

My young kids and I enjoyed our stay! The condo was pretty and very clean. The kitchen was well stocked and we had everything we needed. There was no working WiFi, which would have been a problem if I did not have my iPhone hotspot, and is why I did not rate our stay 5 stars. There was a WiFi to connect to but I do not think that the router was in the condo because the signal was not strong enough to work. Overall a great visit and I would recommend!

Misleading and Unresponsive

There were NO king beds (despite the property listing 2 king beds). There was one queen bed and two twin beds pushed together, which is not ideal and very misleading. The condo was very smelly when we arrived so we had to open doors and windows to air it out. There was also blood stains on one set of sheets and cleaning supplies were left in the room. The host was completely unresponsive. We sent messages via VRBO and the betterbeachrentals website and did not get any response. Would not recommend staying in this property or any property managed by betterbeachrentals.

the place was fine but people on the beach and in town were not wearing masks and that was scary.

Property is fine. Was really sad that the pool was closed, but understood. The beach goers were inconsiderate and were not following any safety precautions ... it was too crowded and we avoided the beach for that reason.

Perfect place for a family

The location is great. A short walk to the beach which was clean and not so crowded. The apartment was fully equipped. Super market is 2 minutes drive away. The apartment was clean, comfortable, neat.

We had a wonderful stay, the condo is very clean and spacious. The King size bed was a little hard but for a couple of days it was fine.. Wonderful location, easy access to Grocery Store and shops and my daughter's favorite the Ice Cream shop...

Overall a really nice condo. My only complaint is regarding the bed sizes which were misrepresented. The description stated there were 2 king sized beds, one in each bedroom. However there was only a full size bed in one bedroom and the second bedroom had 2 twin beds.

Meh

The condo became musty through out our stay to the point that the carpets felt wet. You should consider curtains in the bedrooms so that your guests don't have to wake up with the sun on vacation - that was really annoying. Lastly, the shower curtain the bathroom didn't fit correctly so we couldn't use that shower which was also annoying with 4 people trying to shower at the same time.

Very nice condo but misleading

When we booked this unit we did so because the listing was for two bedrooms both with king sized beds. The condo had one king bed and one full bed. The listing also showed a small kitchen table that had also been removed from the condo. Our two small children (who cannot sit up high at the counter) spent the week eating on towels on the floor. Every meal. On the floor. The condo was in the complex we always like to stay in and the paint and decor were nice. I just expected the condo to reflex what the listing said. We contacted better beach rentals immediately and they were VERY rude and told me it didnā€™t matter, the owner can change whatever they want, whenever they want and if I didnā€™t like it they could ā€œput us up at the motelā€. No thank you. We stayed and made it work but no one has even reached out regarding our complaints of paying for what we didnā€™t get.

WEEKEND GET AWAY

The condo was very clean and location was within walking distance to beach and resturants. Our granddaughter enjoyed the pool. It was very clean. Not much of a ocenview if any. Overall, we would stay here again.

Charming, immaculate place to stay!!

Upon arrival, I realized we didn't bring our own towels and linens. We called property manager and they had them delivered within minutes. The condo was spotless and nicely updated with nice decor ! The beds and mattresses were very comfortable ! The kitchen was well stocked. The pool being so close was awesome for the kids ! Also the beach is just across the street! Try beanas kitchen for breakfast it's located right across the street! We were very happy with the condo and will be back!!!

Excellent condominium

This condominium was exactly as the photos presented it. It was very spacious, only 2 adults stayed , but it could easily accommodate 5 people. It was so close to the beach you could almost touch the water. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and you can run out to the stores in just a short 5 minute drive. All the parking spaces are labeled for your available parking. The pool was not open when we visited in the spring, but it look quite large. This building had an elevator for carry bags or groceries, or you could use the stairs if you are looking to lose a few pounds. We did not have any incidents that required us to contact the management company. I would definitely stay here again. Pick- up and drop-off of keys was very efficient, no waiting time. The advertisement claimed an ocean view was available, but I could not see any. G. Meyer
