The two bedroom and two bath condo remodel has 18” floor tiles, complete kitchen with granite counter tops Stainless Steel appliances, tray ceiling, cabinets, tiled walk-in master bath shower, double vanity with granite and tile. The master suite has a king bed, dressing area, double sinks and a walk in tile shower. The guest bedroom has twin beds and bath across the hall. New impact sliders to the lanai for quieter and easier opening and closing.
The views of Tiger Beach, the Marco Nature Reserve and the Gulf beach are available from the 37' lanai. Both bedrooms and the living area open to the lanai. All this is waiting for you and your family to enjoy a relaxing vacation and gorgeous sunsets from the lanai throughout all seasons.

However, we know that you’ll love being outside to take advantage of all that South Seas and Marco Island have to offer. Just walk out of the building to the large pool, tennis courts and boat docks in our beautiful gated community. When you go to the left at the beach entrance you will see the white sands of the wide crescent beach and clear blue waters. To the right of The South Seas is Tigertail Beach, a thirty-one acre natural preserve and shorebird nesting. My favorite walk is around the lagoon to the Gulf taking a right with miles of walking, shelling and bird watching. Remember to not collect the live shells. Typical birds to see are ibis, egrets, osprey, blue herons, and the pink spoonbills. You can walk in either direction along the gulf for a very different experience of nature.

Parking for the entire stay to the HOA at the registration office is $100. (entire stay)
Smoking allowed only in the Designated smoking areas of the complex property.
