Belleayre Ski Cabin + summer retreat.

Warm and welcoming ski cabin on the mountain above Fleischmanns and a 10 minute drive to Belleayre Overlook Lodge. We’ve traditionally rented this to families on the race team, hence the lack of reviews. Happy to provide references.

Set on 18 acres with a big gently sloping yard, this is a spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath guest house set across the driveway from a larger main log cabin (owners use the main cabin as a 2nd home). There is a cozy den off of the kitchen with views of Belleayre and an LCD TV with a Roku to bring your own streaming services (e.g. Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, Amazon Prime Video, etc).

There is a separate sunken living room with lots of space to stretch out and an additional dining table or home office area with gorgeous views of the mountains.

The eat-in kitchen is well equipped with coffee maker, toaster oven, microwave, gas stove and oven. There is no dishwasher.

There is also a storage closet with racks for ski gear just off the kitchen.

This cabin is the guest house for a larger cabin next door (see satellite photos). This guest cabin has some amenities that are quite nice for the area! The internet is fiber to the home (not DSL or satellite), so our internet is typically fast and reliable and WiFi coverage is strong in every room. The is also a half court basketball court in the back yard (far enough from cabins that there is no noise).

The location enjoys strong cell service- typically getting 4 bars of Verizon (some homes in the area have little to no service).

We also have a level, short driveway, which means no unwelcome adventures on a steep, icy driveway in the winter.

Rental is only confirmed upon receipt of the signed rental agreement and receipt of payment. This is a non-smoking property.
