Your very own little cottage sitting by the Lake. This 500 square foot Bungalow is perfect for the single person and up to three guests (Using the couch) to enjoy a long weekend or even a month or two sitting right at the edge of Lake Tapps !!!

Very quiet and peaceful, which is perfect for a good getaway to enjoy your own time -

Fun is ALWAYS had when you spend time at the Lake, So come enjoy Lake Tapps and all the things that are available to do in our area !!!

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:

WET towels leave over the shower wall is Great. If the used towels are DRY, leaving them on the bed is okay. Any potentially Stinky Trash would be Great to drop it in the garbage can on your way out.

If it’s a cold day, please turn the heat low, not completely off would be great. There is NO need to lock anything up but it is good if you would make sure both doors are closed tight when you leave.

Just leaving the key on the table is great. If you used the park pass, please hang it back up. Hopefully you had a Great time here at the Lake Tapps Bungalow and hope you return again in the future!!

Such a treat when a VRBO property exceeds your expectations - this was a beautiful bungalow in a great location. Everything you need for your get-away is right there. The bungalow is well-appointed with all the niceties of home and lovely sitting areas and amenities outside. Ed made sure we had all the information we needed for a smooth stay, was easy to reach, and quick to reply. And of course being on the water is always a plus - a short paddle out their inlet takes you into one of the main areas of beautiful Lake Tapps. Would definitely recommend or visit again

I have been staying at VRBO's for over 10 years.This was a wonderful experience. Everything was clean and the place is well stocked.It is a beautiful property and I already plan to book it again.

The casita is on the back property, in front of the lake and the generous owners provided access to their kayaks, paddle boards, life jackets, etc for lake use. Across the street is a private park (we had access) which is waterfront, has pickleball and tennis courts, a (sand) volleyball court, tables for picnics and lots of grass. Inside the unit is a washer/dryer,, comfortable bed, AC and other amenities for a nice stay. Would we would stay here again? YES

The place was exactly how it was advertised. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you to the host for providing us a great place to stay. I was here in Washington for my dad’s memorial service. It was nice we could take our dogs there and they were welcome. Great hospitality.

Beautiful place

Beautiful place clean, quiet, near park, boat ramp , tennis courts everything you could want .. Host was available for questions . Would recommend to anybody looking for great vacation.

My extended stay at the Bungalow surpassed all my expectations! The bungalow is very inviting with a great patio right next to one of the many lake inlets. Inside feels light and spacious with lots of windows and skylights, while still being very warm and cozy. The hosts Ed and Sheri are so friendly and easy to work with, and they always responded quickly. I enjoyed the well-stocked kitchen and bathroom, the little laundry area, and all the spare blankets and pillows. I loved the private park across the street and the beautiful walks along the lake with views of Mt. Rainier. The neighborhood feels very safe and friendly. I would definitely make a return visit here!

Great little place on the lake.

Great property. Great location. Very quiet and well stocked with everything you could need. The whole check in and check out process was easy and straight forward.

Honeymoon trip on the lake

BEAUTIFUL LOCATION!!! Such a clean property with easy access to the lake and great WiFi for streaming and calls. Loved our time here so much. Just like a lake house paradise.

Awesome place

This was such a cute, private and serene place to stay in a very safe area. The owner Ed was very responsive and a great communicator. We stayed for four nights as we were in town for a music event and a family birthday. This property is beautiful and was as described. We were sad to leave and our fur babies also loved it. We will definitely stay here again if we need to stay in this part of town.

Felt like home away from home!

This is the first property I have stayed in with VRBO that I can give an outstanding review for! This felt like we were coming in for a romantic getaway on the water that was owned by family. I will come back and bring our daughter as the water access is fantastic. Beautiful property!

Perfect place for your little family

We had a great time staying here! it was very clean and cozy. It was the perfect amount of space for the two of us and our two dogs! There are plenty of things to do in the area and in the cottage. It has a great view of the water and lots of areas for you to walk around. I would definitely recommend staying here and would even come back myself.

Adorable Lake Front Cottage

Such a pleasure to stay here! The house was ready when got here and set up so nice. The place was very clean. It was even nicer than the pictures show - just wish we were able to enjoy the beautiful backyard

What a treasure!

Our stay at this Lake Tripp property was perfect. The accommodations were immaculate and included amenities we weren't expecting but thoroughly enjoyed. The respect for our privacy and personal comfort displayed by the hosts was exemplary. We do hope we can stay again the next time we are visiting family in the area.
