You are 15-minute away to West Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Korean town, downtown, and Culver city. The unit is sitting in the middle of a very safe and quiet neighborhood, yet you can find so many local restaurants, cafe, shops and grocery stores within just a 10-minute walk.

This charming duplex is bright, spacious, and tastefully furnished giving you the feeling of home. The unit includes a spacious living room with a big couch, a kitchenette equipped with all essentials (mini fridge, microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, dinnerware and glassware. Please note that there is NO stove or kitchen sink), a very large bedroom with a king bed and a walk-in closet, and a large bathroom with a stand up shower and a bathtub. The unit also includes a private backyard with a sitting area to entertain friends and families. You will have a parking permit that allows you free 24x7 street parking (one car only). There is plenty of parking space since the street parking is for permitted residents only.

No illegal drugs of any kind allowed in the property. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the house, but you can smoke in the back yard. No parties is allowed. No guest visit after 10:00 pm. Please keep noise/TV/music down to minimum as it's a duplex that share common walls/door with the other unit.
