Quiet lakefront retreat in gated community on Lake Palestine with beautiful views inside and out. This charming two story lakefront is located 15 minutes southwest of the historic Tyler, Texas. It offers a boat dock great for fishing, beach for swimming, fire pit, BBQ, hammock, cable tv with a sports package, double-car drive-thru carport and a marina just 2min down the road. If you are looking for a relaxing retreat in a tranquil environment this is the place for you. The home is beautifully decorated and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. The three bedrooms have high-end memory foam and pillow-top queen mattresses, with soft linens that will make it hard to get out of bed in the morning. The back porch has two levels with a beautiful views of the large tree-lined backyard and the gorgeous lake.

We had a weekend trip with our adult children It was a wonderful place. Peaceful and relaxing.loved beach area made it easy to get in and out of the water The host had great communication and stayed in contact with us making sure we had everything we needed. We had vehicle breakdown and they were very understanding in giving us time to get it worked out.

Extremely cute house! Perfect for our family. Yard was perfectly maintained with plenty of space. The beach area with a wading option into the lake is unique and great. The host communicated well and was extremely responsive. We would absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful return visit to this lake front property. Comfortable beds, nice accommodations with a fully stocked kitchen. Coffee pot & keurig was a nice touch. Plenty of seating inside (bar, table and living room) and on porch. Fire pit, kayaks, and dock are clean and easy to use. A great place to relax or visit with friends. Great host and property. We'll be back!

The owner Hollie was amazing. She was quick with responses while she was vacationing herself. The house was amazing and very well kept, clean and decorated so perfectly. The yard was beautiful as well. We had a great time and would definitely stay again. Its definitely a 10 out of 10 place to stay. Thank you Hollie for a great stay.

The moment we walked through the door, we could tell how much pride the owners put into their home. It was warm, welcoming, beautifully maintained, and immediately felt like a place where wonderful family memories could be made. As lovers of vintage décor, we especially appreciated all of the charming vintage furniture pieces throughout the house—they gave it so much character!The home smelled fresh and clean when we arrived, the beds were incredibly comfortable and inviting, and the air conditioning worked wonderfully, making it the perfect place to cool off after long mornings of fishing in the summer heat.We spent our afternoons enjoying the beach entry into the lake, then came back to the fully equipped kitchen to prepare family dinners together. The house truly had everything we could have wanted, needed, and more.One thing that really stood out was the hospitality. Anytime we had a question, the owners responded incredibly quick and were always so kind and helpful. It gave us great peace of mind knowing they were just a message away if we needed anything.This was the perfect way to end our Summer Vacation 2026, and we’re so grateful for such a wonderful stay. We would absolutely love to come back again and highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable, and memorable lake getaway.Thanks for the Texas hospitality!

Great communication with host, she was quick to answer all my questions. We enjoyed sitting and having our meals on the deck and found the kitchen to be well equipped and clean. Beds were comfortable and nice clean bathrooms. It was a great stay!

Hollie was extermely responsive and very welcoming. The place was very nice. The home contained a lot of "little things" that made it nice, especially if you were a family and planning to cook there. Cooper (the dog next door) was a bonus. My wife and I are dog people so we appreciated Cooper's visit.

Clean space, comfy beds and a pretty lake view makes for a great getaway. Quite a large property located on the west side of the lake with access to use two kayaks and a paddle board. Owner was easy to communicate and fast to respond to questions before and after booking. Check in was a breeze too.

The host is very helpful, the home is cute , very clean and nice . Have to be careful with the address as the gps makes a mistake so read the instructions from host . Beautiful scenery, loved it. Highly recommend.

Beautiful view, can’t see catfish of pier and floated in the lake in the afternoon, and it was amazing. We will definitely stay here again.
