The open living area offers a comfortable place to gather, with a seating area and HDTV for streaming your favorite shows. Sliding doors connect directly to the balcony, allowing in natural light and fresh air. Air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans help maintain a pleasant environment year-round, while a private entrance and self check-in with a keypad make arrival simple and flexible.

Outdoor living
Step onto the oceanfront balcony to take in the steady movement of the water and fresh coastal breeze. This outdoor space extends the living area, offering a place to pause at any time of day. Direct beach access via a private boardwalk makes it easy to reach the shoreline within moments.

Sleeping arrangements
The condo accommodates up to 4 guests across 2 bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a king bed, a private ensuite bathroom, and direct access to the balcony. The second bedroom includes a queen bed and is conveniently located near an additional full bathroom. A separate half bath adds extra convenience.

Bathrooms & laundry
Bathrooms include a bathtub and bathroom essentials, supporting a comfortable stay. An in-unit washer and dryer provide added ease, whether you’re staying a few days or longer.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen offers a functional space for preparing meals, with everything needed for cooking and gathering. Enjoy meals at the dining table or breakfast bar, whether starting your day indoors or returning after time by the water.

Amenities & essentials
The condo includes Wifi and a dedicated workspace for staying connected. Beach essentials are available for your time by the shore. Safety features such as a smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit are also provided.

Parking & access
Free parking on premises - 2 spaces makes arrivals and day trips simple. Self check-in with a keypad allows for a smooth and flexible check-in experience.

Located in Jacksonville Beach, the condo places you right along the shoreline while keeping local dining, shops, and attractions within easy reach. The setting offers a steady coastal pace, where the sound of the ocean becomes part of each day.

-Must be 25 years old minimum to rent this property. ID Required.
-Two-week minimum rental required by HOA.
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details and person staying on property. These items are required to complete your reservation and to allow access onto the property.
