This is a brand new all exterior large 3BR/2BA villa located in one of the most beautiful locations in Spain. Alcossebre is considered the jewel in the crown of the Costa del Azahar and the ideal place for your vacation. The gated-community where the town home is located, was built about 10 years ago. We just purchased this property this summer (2016) and absolutely everything is brand new and of excellent quality, from the light and bathroom fixtures to every single piece of furniture and decoration.
The downstairs area features a very spacious living/dining room that opens to a large private backyard. Patio furniture includes table and 6 chairs so you can also enjoy your time/meals outside. The large eat-in kitchen (fully equipped with everything you will need) and a full bathroom with shower are also located in the downstairs area. The upstairs area features three large bedrooms and another full bathroom with shower over tub. As you can see from the pictures, the house has been furnished and decorated with exquisite taste.
The common spaces include a big grass area surrounding the property, the wonderfully kept 'indoor patio' and 'capilla'(chapel) from the old house - refer to my personal story for more details-, and a big pool with a kids section while you will spend some fun time for sure. All rooms in the house are exterior so there is plenty of natural light and ventilation. The rent also includes one designated parking space.
This property is everything you need for a memorable vacation and more! The house itself is very beautiful and spacious (see all pics please). You have privacy since the yard is fenced but the pool is right outside the little gate. You can walk to the most beautiful beach in 2 minutes, to the town center in 10 minutes and to the marina area in 30. And since it's a gated community your kids can ride their bikes or run around without you having to worry at all. This home really checks off all the boxes! :)

Com excelente localização em Alcossebre, um bairro de Alcalà de Xivert, esta vila fica na zona rural e perto da praia. Locais como Capela de Santa Lúcia e São Bento e Chivert Castle estão entre as principais atrações na área. Para quem gosta de admirar a natureza, as melhores opções são Praia del Carregador e Playa Romana. Para quem viaja com crianças, Labirinto de Peníscola e Parque Acuático Polinesia são ótimas opções de passeios. A little about the history of this location - My family owned the land where the house is located but sold it about 12 years ago. Before we sold the property, there was a huge family mansion located right in the middle of the property. It believed they started building it in the mid-1800' s and it was finished in the early 1990' s. During the Spanish Civil war was partially destroyed but rebuilt when the war ended in 1942. The property had been in my family for generations so when it got sold 12 years ago, my mom, my two siblings, and I decided to keep, each of us, a house in the community that was about to be built. We also requested the developers to maintain the original patio (a replica of the Granada's Alhambra) and the amazing family chapel. They agreed as they understood it would give character to the community so, if you decide to stay in my property, along with the many things you will enjoy, you will also get to see these two beautiful pieces of art right in the middle of the community. cool, right? :-)
Growing up, I used to spend 4 months out of the year in Alcossebre so I am very attached to all my wonderful memories. Now I've been living in San Francisco, CA, for the past 16 years with my wonderful husband and my two children, where I own a relocation business (San Francisco Relocate) but I still visit Alcossebre every summer with my family since my mom and two siblings live in the area and I just love being there. However, I own two other properties in this same gated-community (check them out also!), and I have to divide my time between Alcossebre and the Basque Country, where my husband is from, so we rent our homes when we are not there, which is most of the time. The great thing is that you can enjoy too this wonderful and magical place!

Because it's everything you need! Please, read the description above to learn more about why you will love it here. Alcossebre is the best town to vacation and the house is located is the best part of town, only a 2min wall to the two best beaches, a 10min walk to the center of the village and maybe about a 30min walk to the Marina area. You don't even need a car but you should have one so you can also visit the near by town of Peñiscola, which is very cute (the old part) and visit the city of Valencia, which is only one hour away.
O que faz essa propriedade ser única?
There are plenty of shops, restaurants and pretty much everything you will need close by. However, when you are in the home (and in this particular community) it also feels very mellow and calm. No noise at all from the action areas. At night you will only hear the Ocean :) I promise you that, whether you chose this property or any of the other two I own in this gated community, you are going to have a wonderful time! :)
