Air-conditioned Villa with WiFi and Heated Private Pool in Beautiful Garden

This air-conditioned 2 bedroom/2 bathroom villa (sleeps 5) with large heated private pool (8mx4m) in well maintained garden is located in the beautiful Las Fuentes area of Alcossebre. The private pool can be heated to 28 degrees Celsius (from 01/06 to 01/10) if booked at least 7 days before arrival. Heating outside of this period, on request at 100€/week. The villa also provides access to a large communal pool (July and August) and tennis court and is just a 10 minute walk from the beautiful boardwalk, lighthouse, beaches, supermarket, mini-golf, natural park Serra d'Irta, restaurants, bars, bakery, ... yet in a very peaceful and quite residential street. The villa is well equipped with air-conditioning, dishwasher, microwave, TV, dvd player, wifi, bbq, child cot, high chair, washing machine ... There are 3 terraces (1 closed, 1 open, 1 sun terrace) all overviewing the garden and pool. From the sun terrace you have a nice view on the mountains, natural park, light house and a small sea view. Bed linnen, towels, beach towels, ... are also provided. The villa is supplied clean, and will be cleaned for you upon departure. The villa is a non-smoking property. (Reg. Fantastic relaxing time

The owners have been extremely helpful and attentive throughout the process of booking and staying. The accommodation is excellent and in a very peaceful location. Pool is very welcome but the local beaches are gorgeous too.

Excellent holiday In beautiful property

I have stayed in this area for many holidays and this villa is the best overall by far. The villa itself is very well equipped with everything you could ask for. The garden was lovely and the pool excellent! The location of the villa is prefect. It is far enough out of the centre to be quiet but close enough to enjoy the many great restaurants and the atmosphere in the centre. We will be booking for next year.

Excellent villa in lovely location

Communication with owner was excellent. Herwig responded very promptly answering all questions. There was lots of information in the villa including list of restaurants and things to do. Kitchen was well equipped and bbq was a bonus. The pool was lovely and great to cool down in the hot sun. The garden had plenty of plants and flowers adding interest to the garden. All in all a great stay

Superb Holiday

Fantastic property and in superb location. Enjoyed every minute of our break and the property made the stay so much better. The house was clean and tidy and had all the things required to make the stay more than comfortable. Checking in was great and easy. The pool was superb and so nice to be able to take a swim whenever we wanted to cool off I would totally recommend staying here and we will certainly considered it for any future stays in Alcossebre Easy access to town and the resturants and beanches. 20 mins from Castellon Airport so travelling was easy to. Thank you for being super hosts and look forward to booking again in the future Simon , Lynne and Jack

Alcossebre 2024

We had a great time in Alcossebre! The house is ideal for a family of 4-5 people. The pool helped us cool off, which is necessary because the high humidity made it feel even warmer than it already was. And otherwise there was still the air conditioning, which did what it was supposed to do perfectly. The accessories were also nice: bicycles, air mattresses and toys for the pool, etc. Highly recommended!

Great villa.

Recently refurbished villa, new to rental. Had a lovely week here in what is a really good size villa in a great location. Really quiet spot right on the edge of Alcossebre but close enough to the main beaches to leave the car at home. Villa itself was clean and spacious, with all the facilities you would expect including air con, washing machine and dish washer. Included in the price was a basic welcome pack. Pool and villa bigger than expected, plenty of room for us to lounge and the kids to play. Herwig very accommodating and there is a contact just up the road if there are any problems. Definitely recommend both villa and area.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in Alcoccebre. Die Villa war in einem sehr guten, sauberen zustand und in einer herforagenden Lage.Der Kontakt mit den Besitzer sowie mit Carmen vor Ort war sehr freundlich und informativ. Es hat uns zu keiner Zeit etwas gefehlt. Das beste ist der grosse, sehr gepflegte Pool. Rund um war das ein sehr schöner Ulraub. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Vielen Dank!

Super huis

Het huis ligt in een zeer rustige wijk, op loopafstand van de zee en wandel/fietspaden. Super dat je gebruik mocht maken van de fiets. Alles wat je nodig hebt voor je verblijf is aanwezig.Wij kunnen het aanraden.

Nous avons passé un super séjour. Jolie maison très fonctionnelle, accueillante et très agréable. La mise à disposition des vélos a vraiment été un plus pour nous. En ce mois de septembre, nous avons bien apprécié la température de la piscine et le calme du quartier. Expérience à renouveler.

Tolles Haus, genau wie beschrieben. Wie unsere Vorgänger können auch wir nicht mehr als 5 Sterne vergeben. Was wir sehr sehr gut gefunden haben, ist eine Info allgemein zum Haus und zu Geräten sowie den umliegenden Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Aktivitiäten. Das war sehr hilfreich. Un rayon de soleil !

Bonjour, La location a été conforme à nos attentes voire plus...... A notre arrivée nous avons trouvé une belle maison,propre avec tout le confort attendu pour passer un bon séjour.Même les ingrédients de cuisine étaient là. Le garage équpé de vélos nous a permis de faire quelques ballades en bord de mer qui se situe à un centaine de mètres de la maison. Nous avons passés un agréable séjour avec toutefois un petit bémol sur la literie qui mérite d'être changée. Merci encore ......................

Genoten van een vakantie in dit perfect onderhouden huis in een rustige buurt. Alles is aanwezig om een aangename vakantie te genieten. Uitgebreid keukengerei, handdoeken, verwarmd zwembad, ligstoelen, fietsen (met kinderzitje) om je te verplaatsen, bbq,... Echt meer konden wij niet vragen! Dankjewel voor het verblijf

Sehr schöne ruhige Villa mit vielen kleine Extras

Die Villa liegt am Rande einer sehr ruhigen Gegend ca. 500 Meter vom Meer entfernt. Der Vermieter hat uns freundlicherweise eine sehr ausführliche Beschreibung über das Haus und die Umgebung geschickt. Dadurch konnten wir den für uns passenden Strand sofort finden und mussten nicht eigene Urlaubstage investieren, um den richtigen zu finden. Das sparte wertvolle Urlaubstage. Besonders angenehm fand ich, dass der Vermieter an alles gedacht hat. In der Villa hatten wir Dinge vorgefunden, die man oft gerne vergisst mitzunehmen. (z.B. ein Inbusschlüssel, um die Sattelhöhe der Fahrräder vor Ort anzupassen, sowie Luftpumpe und Flickzeug.) In keiner anderen Unterkunft habe ich mich so wohl und "zu Hause" gefühlt wie hier. Die Unterkunft als auch den Vermieter kann ich uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Perfect location

The villa is beautiful and well equipped for a family, the pool is a lovely bonus as are all the pool toys and bikes. The beds were comfortable and with the covered terrace there’s plenty of space for everyone. It’s a few minutes walk to the beach and possibly 10 - 15 mins to the centre. In November it was very quiet but I imagine it’s a hive of activity in the season. We hope to visit again.

We had a wonderful week in Herwig's house in mid-October. The house is large and spacious with two living rooms and two bathrooms and a fine kitchen. In the garden the pool is heated and has a good size. In the garage there are bicycles and a whole lot of bath toys, diving masks and air mattresses for the pool. My youngest daughter of eight years had a party. The beds are good and everything works perfectly. The house is located in a very quiet and peaceful area on the outskirts of town, only five minutes walk from a perfect little beach and ten minutes walk from the town center. It's all to top marks.
