Tucked away on a sweet tree-lined street, this beautifully crafted, light and airy remodeled cottage, located on a level lot in the coveted Tavern Bay area of Lake Arrowhead, is fully furnished with 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths for a total of 2,100 square feet. While there is plenty of space to spread out, the layout of the home is perfect for keeping your group together comfortably.

Windows abound in the cozy living room, furnished with a leather couch and a giant, original floor to ceiling stone fireplace framed by a geometric wall of glass, a soaring ceiling and an open concept design perfect for relaxing evenings by the roaring fire.  The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a full dinner and more. Brew your favorite coffee in the Keurig, blend your favorite smoothie in the Blendtec blender, bake your favorite cookies, the kitchen has all the right accessories. Special features include a large copper hood repurposed from an old mountain eatery and a distressed copper apron sink in the kitchen.

The back deck, accessible off the living room, is equipped with a gas grill (take the cooking outside!), table seating for 6, a firepit (SMORE'S!) surrounded by four Adirondack chairs, and a smaller seating area off the master. The property also comes with a separate clubhouse for the kids (visible from the back deck), a horseshoe pit, and a tire swing for hours of outside fun.

The master bedroom, located on the main floor, has a cal-king size mattress, ensuite bath with double sinks, separate shower and freestanding bathtub. Enjoy your morning coffee on the patio off the master accessible through sliding glass doors that lead out to a sitting area for two. The master bedroom also comes with its own yoga room! The yoga/Pilates room loft is accessible by ladder and is equipped with everything you need to continue your practice while you are on vacation: a LifeBoard, yoga mat, yoga blankets, prop block, and Pilates Ring.

The guest bedroom (queen mattress) and guest bathroom with double sinks and tub/shower are also located on the main floor.

Upstairs hosts a game room and a separate bunk room. The game room has a day bed with mattress, a teepee for the kids and a reading nook. The bunk room has three twin mattresses and a small half-bath. The room also has a queen Aero bed and fresh bedding should you need extra sleeping space.

Situated 1/2 mile from the lake (a 7-minute walk!), the home is located on the north shore of the lake, 1/2 mile from the renowned UCLA Conference Center. Due to new changes in the lake rules, the Arrowhead Lake Association prohibits renters of short-term rentals to access the lake or beach clubs.
