Great place

I highly recommend this comfortable, clean and lovely home. We had a great experience there for Christmas. When I first looked around, I thought the host had thought of everything., but when I could not find a cutting board, one was brought over right away. The bedrooms and bathrooms are hotel quality. Large and nice living room and I loved the water view from the picture window. Seaside is a nice town. We had a great Mexican breakfast there. It is very close to Monterey and beaches. Good shopping close by too.

Perfect for our family

This home worked perfectly for us. Well decorated. Comfortable beds great linens. Plenty of seating. Fenced yard for our dog. Kitchen had everything we needed. Cute and comfortable little seating area in the backyard. We had an issue with the electricity breaker but the property manager took care of really quickly even with the limited availability of electricians. It could have been a major disruption but it was handled so well and so fast that it didn't even cause an issue. We were close enough to everything we wanted to see and do that the location worked for us. The parking was in the driveway which was fine since our mini van would not have fit in the garage. What you need to know. There are power lines outside of the living room windows. We enjoyed the view and the sunsets anyway. The house is in a family neighborhood. You will hear pet dogs barking sometimes, kids playing, and people coming and going. It felt right to us. The property manager was attentive and quick with responses. We stayed for 4 nights. I wish we could have stayed longer. ***The only problem had nothing to do with the property or the property manager, it was with the management company that handles this reservations called evolvevacationrental.com. We never got the check-in instructions or code via email for the door and after a long drive were on hold several times for 20 plus minutes waiting for an agent to give them to us. Very hard to get an agent. The system is designed to be automated and you will go around in circles trying to get one. I finally went through a booking agent to get a real person. They also encouraged us to book through them saying we would save money but they don't have a cash refund policy. If you need a refund you will be given credit to one of their other properties. We did not like dealing with them and will never book with them. If you do, be cautious. ***

Great Rental in Seaside

Our family very much enjoyed our stay at this property. There were 5 of us in the group, and the house was plenty spacious for everyone to spread out and be comfortable. The location is close to many popular tourist attractions within short driving times. The property was very clean and easy to stay in. We had a rather large rental car and it was a little challenging to back out of the driveway when the neighbor was parked in the street but it was manageable. All in all, a great place to stay.

Great dog friendly home!

This was the perfect location for the 3 day wedding celebration of our niece! So close to both Monterey & the Sanctuary Beach Resort! But we also enjoyed the multi-level outdoor seating areas to relax in! And the back area was entirely fenced in so we didn’t worry about the doggies! Also steps away from a playground for our grands!!!

Comfortable stay

We didn’t spend a lot of time at the home because we were busy out and about. But the time spent there was comfortable. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen was stocked nicely with supplies.

Very clean, thoughtful amenities and good night sleep on good beds. There is adequate parking and the neighbors were friendly.

Nice Stay in CA

We enjoyed our 4 day stay in this three bedroom home. There are two satisfactory bathrooms and two TVs. We washed clothes and made a big dinner. The dishwasher was a big help. The place had everything we needed. There is a backyard area in which my children enjoyed sitting.

Golf getaway

We had a great time at the property for our golf outing. Every amenity plus more were included at the house. It was on a quiet culdesac, with a great view of the Monterey Bay.

Very clean well stocked home

The home was very clean very well stocked. The only reasons for a 4 star is the neighborhood is a little run down and the dog constantly barking during the day behind us but was quiet at night. We liked the house was at the end of the court and the park was great for our dog. The house itself was great and very comfy!

Great house with a wonderful view

We had a wonderful stay at this property/home. Proximity to the beach, Monterey & Carmel were ideal. It was a fairly short trip over to Capitola/Santa Cruz area as well. The property contact was great. The house was clean, comfortable, had all of the items we would need. The view of the bay was outstanding! I would recommend and would stay here again.

The property manager was very accommodating and the house was perfect. All of the necessary cooking gadgets, including sharp knives! Very comfy beds and linens.

Clean and well designed property

Property is the upper floor of a house, in a small and nice working class neighborhood. There is a nice park right next door which my daughter and dog loved. House has plenty of parking, is very clean and perfectly decorated and stocked for what you need for a small family. Views of the ocean are beautiful. I would suggest providing beach towels and more coffee pods, but otherwise the place is perfect! Drive to several beaches is about 7-10 min, about 15 min to the aquarium.

Great home and hospitality

I've stayed in five VRBO properties over the years, and this one wins the hospitality award for cleanliness, very comfortable beds, plenty of towels, coffee and goodies, and the kind efforts by the property manager to accommodate our schedule. Would definitely stay here again.

Great house

We had such a great stay at this beautiful house! Perfect location, down the street from stores and local fire station. Amazing food near by and not far from the beach or aquarium! Lovely atmosphere In the home as well. Highly recommend for staying in the area. Worked well for our family of 5 and one guest.
