This is a totally unfair review. Cindy booked for 5 adults but arrived with 9 people to stay! I told her she'd booked for five people and therefore I was insured for five people to stay. She'd also earlier said her sister and husband would be arriving from Antigua and I messaged her after looking for somewhere suitable for them that I couldn't find them any accommodation. It is all in the VRBO thread. She said they'd been waiting to be let in but had not given us any arrival details. She said their flight had been delayed by 2.5 hours. How could we know that? Had I not inspected the property myself that day looking in every cupboard and drawer, I might have believed her about the cleanliness of the house. I would also have sacked my cleaning lady on the spot. These people need to understand the consequences of such a spiteful review. My cleaning lady is a single parent with 3 boys to bring up. They had a brand new washing machine, microwave and the house was spotless. They broke the toilet seat among other issues I'm told by my gardener. Cindy was put out that I would not open up the children's room for her adult sons. It is a children's room with children's beds!!! More stringent checking needs to be conducted by VRBO as to the ages of any 'children' and the make up of the party. Cindy booked for five adults zero children. My gardener also said she spoke to him as though he was a menial. I think good manners should always prevail when you are dealing with staff rather than speaking to them as though they are a slave of no consequence there to do your bidding. How rude. I want it noted that at no time is she to stay at my property again or abuse my staff in this way even if she thinks she is royalty.

We thoroughly enjoyed hosting W and his party. They were model guests and accommodated our cleaning lady by going out for the day so she could 'get on with her work unhindered'. We hope they would like to return again one day and that they enjoyed the mangoes, the view and their stay. Sorry this was delayed I was waiting to contact our property manager.
