Our spacious apartment features a gourmet kitchen, 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom, living/dinning room, laundry room (with Ironing board and clothes iron). Our kitchen is fully equipped with quality kitchen utensils, plates, coffee maker, and many more items you will find useful. Our bedrooms are spacious and features large closet space. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer, high quality white towels, body wash and shampoo.

Not only will you be able to enjoy upscale amenities, you’ll have every opportunity to explore multiple restaurants, shopping, bars and more as you you’re surrounding by the best Dallas has to offer.

AWFUL SMELL

Do Not Stay Here. This place smells awful! It is an overpowering chemical smell, the owner acknowledged to me in chat that it is from whatever was used to refinish the hardwood floors. There is NO ventilation in the unit. No way to open a window. The halls outside the unit smell as bad as the inside of the unit with the same hardwood floors. I woke up with a headache after one night, and my eczema began to flare. I requested a refund and the owner immediately stopped responding to me. We stayed in a hotel for the other 3 nights in Dallas. The owner has ghosted me. Do yourself a favor and go to Google and look at the reviews of the Butler Brothers Building. You will find review after review of people complaining of the smell. I wish I had thought to do this before I booked this unit. It is criminal that the owner does not disclose this in their listing, and takes your money. This place should not be inhabited with the high VOC smell.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful time. The property manager would respond to any questions very quickly. The loft was amazing and perfect for what we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Girls Trip to the Big D

First, I would like to say that the property manager was remarkable. He tried to fix any issues we had and was always a text or email away. The apartment had a major smell of ant spray and the air was not working the first night. He took care of getting the air fixed but we had to buy a diffuser and fans to get rid of the ant spray smell. The apartment pictures are a little deceiving. There were markings all over the wood floors and damage to the couch with staples showing. The Butler Brothers building has basically been taking over by several different VRBO apartments. We had major parties going on each night on both sides and the last night it was so bad security and police had to be called. The property owner was great through this but it was really never resolved and we had to call the police. The valet parking was wonderful. It was a great added feature that we used often. We were close to the Farmers Market and we really enjoyed all the shops and market area. It was also easy to get to all the other restaurants and shopping around Dallas. I believe if the VRBO owners could come together and do something to deal with major party goers this could be a better location when visiting Dallas. Thankful for the owner. We had a good trip during the day with all the fun places to visit but the partying was less than desirable.
