Enter this spacious three-level townhouse to a foyer with benches to sit and remove outer-ware. Through the foyer and to the right is a hall leading to a half bath and the laundry closet with stacked washer/dryer but continue straight on to the living, dining and kitchen areas as well as the door to the back deck. The living room offers two couches, wood burning fireplace, and flat screen TV. The full kitchen includes a microwave and dishwasher. The dining area table seats six with four more stools close-by at the kitchen counter. Additionally, there is an air conditioning split unit in the dining area to cool this level of the townhouse.

From the living room head downstairs to a second living area with a gas fireplace, flat screen TV, two bedrooms and a full shared bath. The bedroom to the right holds two sets of bunk beds, while the bedroom to the left offers a queen bed. The full bath is conveniently located between the bedrooms.

Travel back up to the main living entry level and journey upstairs to find two additional bedrooms each with their own private bath and air conditioning split unit. The Primary bedroom to the right has a king bed. The final bedroom has two twin beds.

Enjoy membership in the Forest Ridge Club House, with indoor pool, heated outdoor pool, tennis courts, and a deck over-looking a private pond. Use of swim club requires digital key access. Loon Mountain is just a short drive away and shuttle bus service is provided weekends and holidays in season.

This home has winter ski shuttle access for specific dates as described at
Pool and fitness club may be unavailable for short periods due to mechanical or physical maintenance. Admittance may be denied for non-adherence to club rules.
This unit has built-in air conditioning, in the living room and upper bedrooms.
Dogs are welcome in this unit, there is a $50 + tax one time pet fee per dog with a max limit of 2 dogs allowed.
Forest Ridge requires at least a 3-night minimum and a minimum renter age of 24 years.

Summer trip to Lincoln, NH

Location is great, lots of room for big families or friend group. Unit is mostly mid 1980s fell and could use an update but its clean and functional.

Great Location in the Mountains

Perfect location for enjoying the mountains and lots of room for 4 adults, 4 teens, and 2 dogs. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the condo had a slight musty/cleaning chemical smell, and the pool/fitness area had to be closed early because it didn't have enough staff the nights we were there. Overall though, I would recommend it for a nice mountain getaway.

Forest Ridge 26-3

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The main issue was they started trimming the unit’s hedges with a chainsaw type trimmer at eight in the morning, as well as starting construction on the adjacent condo’s siding at eight in the morning. For the entire three days of the condo rental, I was rarely able to go out on the balcony because there would be some construction dudes out and about. Basically, there was no sleeping in on our vacation. I know maintenance of the property is necessary, but it would’ve been nice to know that the unit was under construction, or anticipated being under construction, at the time of our rental. There are so many other units that were not, I would’ve chosen another unit for our vacation time. Or at least a “heads up” so I could’ve packed earplugs. Condo was nice. Great set up- with 2 bedrooms on the second floor, none on the main, and two on the lower level with a game room. This enabled our adult children to stay up late with their friends.The amenities at the club house were very nice- pools, weights, etc.

We're sorry to hear that your stay was not as well enjoyed as expected, while then thank you for so clearly explaining the issues experienced. Noting the property itself suited so well, where the activities occurring outside of the home was not so much. Loon Reservation Service is only in control of what occur inside the homes we manage, while not in direct control of the Resort Associations they are affiliated with, and thus the timing and order of maintenance being done in other units and exteriors of the resort are outside of our purview, unfortunately so in instances such as these. Family Getaway

Property was wonderful, we loved how close we were to Loon Mountain, river, and shops. On the second day of our stay, we noticed late at night we didn't have hot water, the property manager was quick to respond and offered alternative resources until the problem was fixed. Water heating company came by first thing in the morning next day. We were very impressed and happy on how quickly the problem was addressed. Planning to go back again in wintertime and will recommend 100%!

Great Family Time

There were 6 adults, our infant granddaughter, and two dogs. We hiked almost every day ( the weather was very warm for late October)! We ventured to the new aquarium next to Storyland ( great place to visit). We enjoyed the indoor pool and ping pong room at the resort. We enjoyed dinner at One Love Brewery ( large portions and very tasty)! We cooked at the condo and my one complaint is that there is not a cookie sheet ( I had enough forethought to bring one). Thank you to Linda from Loon Reservation Service, she is a real treasure! Very helpful, friendly, and easy to deal with. I highly recommend her!! We will definitely be returning.

Friends Retreat

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was clean and as described. However the kitchen was lacking in basic equipment for a space that sleeps10. We contacted the management company and they quickly resolved the first of a fry pan. As we enjoy cooking and we were a small group we made do. The area is gorgeous, and very quiet during our stay. The pools were refreshing and although we didn't use it the exercise room looked nice.The club house also offers games, puzzles and books to borrow.

We loved the nearby hiking trails, and the river activities. The location was ideal, offering the peace and tranquility of the mountains while still being close to restaurants, shops, and local attractions.One of the highlights of our stay was how close we were to Loon Mountain. Worked for our last minute needs

We had a small issue of not getting the lockbox code via email due to not having service, but we were able to call and get it easily from the office. We booked pretty last minute so it was too big for our needs, but nice to have the space. It did have a musty smell, especially the lower basement level though we didnt need it. I wouldn't sleep down there or want anyone else to if we had needed the space. Everything was clean,instructions were clear. I do wish we had gotten 2 keys and that there were some homey touches as it felt very sparce.Overall it worked extremely well for our needs

Four Generations Vacation

My Daughter, Granddaughter and two Great Grandsons, and our 2 chihuahuas were able to really relax and enjoy the peace and beauty of the White Mountains even though it rained every day. We made the best of it by just being together and laughing and making beautiful memories. I've been coming up to the White Mountains for the last 50 years. It's the one place we can truly relax and find peace. It was great to see how happy my daughter and her daughter were to see my Great Grandsons enjoying the same things they used to do when they were the boys' ages. We went to Clark's Trading Post and had a great time. We also went to Story Land and the Squam Lakes Science Center. Again, both days were downpours, but it didn't matter because we were all together and had so many laughs. This wouldn't have been possible in a cramped hotel room. It was nice to each have our own separate bedrooms and to be able to cook our meals and relax, instead of rushing out to a restaurant for every meal. We did enjoy going out to eat breakfast at Flap Jacks. The food was delicious and the boys loved the little train that circled the entire restaurant. We hope to be able to rent the same unit again either this Summer or in the Fall. The boys really looked forward to swimming in the indoor pool every day after spending the days outside. The Loon Reservation staff were very kind and helpful. Thank you for everything

Perfect getaway

The pools were great for relaxing after strenuous days at the Flume and Loon Mountain. There were six of us ranging in age from six to seniors. It was clean and tidy with plenty of space for us to spread out. The kitchen had everything we needed except a griddle pan. Make sure you bring beach towels and a griddle!

Suggestions

Overall it was fine, however the bathrooms could use grab bars and something in the bottom of the tub. It was very slippery. We had to put a hand towel down.

Great location. Quiet area. Smoke space for 9 of us (8 adults and 1 child). Large unit.

Easy to rent. Loon reservation services was very responsive. Smooth transaction with all necessary details provided. Just Wish they could have fixed our broken TV.

Excellent Unit. A Great Deal of Room. Good Location

Overall impression was very good. A very minor complaint was that there was no outdoor grill, and no outdoor seating areas at the unit. It is hard to cook hamburgers and hot dogs on a stove top. Maybe, they can not have this for insurance purposes. If I had known, I would have brought a small propane stove I have at home.

Given the pandemic - the place was ideal , with no contact whatsoever with any individual . The kitchen was well utilized by us and had enough dishes , pots and pans.
