Perfect Ocean Getaway!

This property has a gorgeous ocean view and you can see the birds in the marsh too. It is just as pictured. We would love to stay there again!

The condo was amazing!! Exact to pictures.. very comfy.. only had issues with parking passes..

Over all, not having parking passes in room, and being told we will be towed, it was amazing!!

Beach fun

Had a wonderful time. The only negative was the mattresses are not like ours at home. But I still gave a 5 star rating. Thank you for a wonderful trip.

Condo with a view

My wife and I really enjoyed the condo. It is a good size for 2 adults, but any more adults would make it too crowded. The furniture is a bit dated, but comfortable. The mattresses are kinda uncomfortable too. I love the view from the balcony and being nice and close to the beach. I would stay there again.

Hi Kenneth, Thanks for sharing your feedback! The homeowner wanted to pass this along: Thank you for your review! Yes, it is indeed tiny living and not meant tor more that 3 people. The double size bed is brand new, and the queen is only 3 years with a topper on it. I will look to replace the sofas this next season. Hope you come back to see us!

Communication problems

We were not able to speak to the property manager until minutes before we left. I let her know my concern. We were there 2 nights and 1 day. The cupboards were bare. The unit was very clean. We travel a bit, being seniors, and have seen much better.

Disappointed

The resort in general was fine. The unit was clean, however; it was very narrow. Disappointed in the lack of dishwasher, but also no towels or dish cloths to wash dishes. Minimal counter space, minimal storage space, no oven. Beds were horrible. Soft, springy mattresses. Tiny eating area, tiny balcony. In general, not a comfortable space to relax.

Missing account manager

Unit is nicely appointed. Nice upgrades, although there is no oven, hairdryer. Prior to visit, account manager had given me misinformation about amenenities in unit. She also stated she would accommodate my request for a 12 noon check-in. We planned our arrival for that time. The unit had not been touched at that time. It was not ready until almost 4pm. I was unable to reach account manager. Had to reach corporate back up team, who could not reach her (Amanda) either. Back up team personnel were extremely helpful as was owner. Location is wonderful!! Resort has basketball, racquetball, tennis and pickleball courts, great indoor and outdoor pools, grilling area, on-site restaurant, beach lifeguard, chairs and umbrella for rent.

Great for week stay

Clean property, good size for one couple plus one adult. Good view of inlet. Short 200 yard walk to beach. Call shanice if you want to get in touch, text and emails weren’t answered but calls were. Plenty of dishes, big fridge so you can store food for week, plenty of towels and clean linens. Only downside was water pressure in showers but I’m not gonna complain about that since the overall stay was good. Hot tub at other side of property is best to use. Would definitely stay again

Great vacation rental!

Great rental for a single person, couple or couple with a teenager or 2 small kids. Rental was very clean. Bed in master bedroom was comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of towels in bathrooms. Only one draw back was in master bedroom there was no blind on window. But being the last unit and no one walked down that far I was fine with that. At night the light outside window can be a little annoying but got use to it. Overall this place was great place to stay. Easy access to beach. A pool right behind the building. In other building another indoor pool that connected to outdoor pool. A good restaurant & bar right next door. A pizza place on first floor of building were rental is located. The attendants in parking lot are very nice. They are attentive about parking passes in cars. Which I found great because there is just enough room for everyone staying in the 2 buildings with 2 parking spaces. You are also at the end of a call-de-sac. So very little vehicle traffic to deal with. In walking distance to a couple good bars and restaurants. Be aware that wash machines and dryers are in the other buildings. It tells you in elevator what floors they are located. The info has a picture of many machines. But there is one set per designated floor. Little deceiving. Also on sign in elevator AND in wash machine rooms there are signs telling you to go to 9500 to get change for machines. Be prepared the woman over there claims there are change machines where machines are at. There aren’t. And she was very rude about getting change for machines. That was really the only issue I had. Highly recommend this rental! If I come back to Mrytle Beach area I will definitely be staying here again!

We are so very sorry that the draperies in the master bedroom didn’t block enough light out for you. We will look into putting blinds up. In reference to your washing/dryer machine experience, we are not sure what picture you are referring to that shows several machines, but I will inquire at the reception desk as well as inform the on site manager about the staff's rude comments regarding change. We used to keep $10 of quarters in a jar along with the laundry soap we furnish and will look into bringing this back. I wish the HOA would invest in a change machine! I keep voting to buying one. In any case, I hope you will come back to stay with us again. Thank you again for your feedback."

Great for a get away

We traveled for a quick weekend trip and this property provided all that we wanted. It had indoor and outdoor pools, on the beach, clean, and a great view. When we went it rained one of our days but we were able to entertain our 2 year old with the pools that were clean and warm. We enjoyed both restaurants and bars as well. The condo was very clean and great decor. A 10 for 10 in our book for what we wanted.

The condo was amazing! Loved that there was two bedrooms two bathrooms. Loved the location!

Great location! The condo was extremely clean and well taken care of. The amenities at the hotel were very nice. Even though our pool was closed because of construction we just went over to the indoor outdoor pool. The pizza shop downstairs had really good pizza and it was in walking distance to bars and the beach. We highly recommend this condo to anyone that wants to have an adult trip or even with kids.

Beach trip 2020

Everything was as pictured, the condo was clean except in the master bathroom, it looked like animal hair piled under the sink (we don’t have animals). The condo is perfect location for shopping and great food!! The master bedroom bed probably needs replacing, it creaks with every move and I was sleeping with my 7.5 yr old who tosses and turns and it was hard to get a good nights rest. But overall we truly enjoyed our trip! The living room and dining room were absolutely beautifully decorated along with the kitchen. Such a modern look and feel. My favorite was the master bath! The shower is gorgeous and having the removing shower head really helped with small children!! We will definitely be returning!!!

Very clean

For a beach condo it was extremely clean. The unit was more updated than ones we have rented in the past at sands. The bathrooms and kitchen were great. Our only complaint was that the master bed was older and needs a new mattress. .
