Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We are pleased to hear that you appreciated our location and found our staff to be accommodating. However, we are truly sorry to learn that your experience fell short of expectations due to cleanliness issues upon arrival, HVAC concerns, and difficulties with the doors. Ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of our guests is our utmost priority, and we regret that we did not meet your expectations in this regard. As we discussed, being in the tropics with constant heat & humidity sometimes leads to access condensation and were glad we had HVAC on site to correct the situation immediately. Regarding the external noise, we understand how disruptive this must have been for you however the beach is a public beach and being located downtown it can be active, so for those that want a very quiet stay, downtown would probably not be a good choice for you. We spoke housekeeping regarding unit inspection prior to check-in and are happy to say that this oversight has been corrected. Should your travels bring you back to the area, we hope you will reconsider and give us another opportunity to provide you with the exceptional experience that you deserve. We do appreciate every review we receive and (as you can read above) go ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure our guests are taken care of and have someone available for you 24/7.. The Satellite TV which is called “SKY” in Puerto Vallarta, of course has more Spanish channels than English.. It’s a Spanish speaking country :) Out of the 300 + channels we have, about 25 are English and, we provide a guide to all guests who are not familiar with how TV works in Mexico.. We have Berenice (who we call our Director of First Impressions:) available in the buildings main office for anyone who has questions; you can also call her directly from your condo. For music and entertainment you will find that, all over Puerto Vallarta - we are located Downtown and directly on the beach which, most people want. With that also comes a little more activity which includes nightly fireworks from you balcony, over the ocean at around 9:00 PM.. We just felt “warning” was a little harsh.. And just and FYI… If you are looking for a truly private and quiet oasis, we also have an oceanfront villa also on HomeAway # 962737.. We look forward to having you..
