We loved our stay. Very nice condo. Very spacious. Definitely would come back. Wonderful place to ride bikes as well. Very easy to check in. Loved the pool. Actually both of them. Easy walk to the beach, also close to so many restaurants and shops.

This location was outstanding. Direct access to the beach, wonderful spacious rooms for our family of six. Absolutely had a great time and loved the area.

Perfect location easy access to beach and pool

This place was perfect for our family. The unit was very large and had everything we needed. The location can’t be beat it’s right next to the pool and beach, will definitely be back!

Lovely Hilton Head stay

Large, quiet unit close to beach and pool. Excellent location from a resort perspective too - easy access to bike paths, etc. We'd definitely stay here again.

Easy with a toddler!

The condo was spacious and kid friendly! The pool and beach were easy to access. Everything was very clean!

This property really needs a face lift. Blinds were broken and would not close, some lights did not work, in general the place looked very worn out.

Nice location. Several items were broken; ice maker, water dispenser and living room chair. Easy walk to the beach and pool which is very nice. Overall could use a good cleaning, rugs were filthy a lot of flying pests.

All was good except one glitch in the description of beds but it wasn’t hard to rectify. All good and would stay again. They’re fixing the listing to reflect the correction.

great location

the unit was in a great location and it was clean. The management was friendly, but check in was not contactless, so you needed to drive to a separate rental office, off site, to get keys, package, and parking pass. The unit is dated and all the window treatments are broken. But again the location was great.

Hampton Place

I love the resort. I enjoy sitting on the balcony with a view of the ocean over the dunes with the deer & bunnies enjoying the beautiful grass in the afternoon. The units are spacious. There is a little wear on some furnishings but if it keeps the price down I'm okay with that since it was clean. The mattress cover needs replacing or bleaching in the main suite.

This is one of our favorite spots on Hilton Head. Great value for the location and amenities. The customer service around the issues we had with the tv not working was surprising and disappointing. We went during the NCAA basketball trinket and had planned our nights wanting to watch the games. The owner of the unit was aware that the tv was not working and made no effort to remedy this. We were promised a technician each day would come out and look at the known issue and no one ever arrived. We have stayed in this unit before and truly live the location just wish the customer service would have remedied this known issue.

Spacious unit, prime location.

I stayed at the property with my husband and kids, ages two and five, and my parents who are in their 60s. The unit is on the first floor of condo units, making it easily accessible for all by stairs or elevator. Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate with our vacation, and it rained most of the time we were there. However, because the condo is quite spacious, with bedrooms and bathrooms on separate sides of the unit, we had plenty of space to spread out during the rainy days. The proximity to the beach is ideal and in walking distance for my small children and my parents. The property could use a few updates, for example keyless entry would be ideal, but overall we are very pleased with our stay and this unit! We will definitely be back!

Property has a major gnat problem ! There are no instructions for TV operating. Main shower is in poor condition. Found gum on the floor of balcony. Had to have maintenance unstop 3 sinks. Still a mystery about ice maker & water on frig out of order. Both seemed to work. Had to search for checking issues. It would have been nice to have some explanation about "location"of condo. I had no idea 6107 means the first floor in the 6000 bldg.

Second year staying here and we already want to come back again. You really can’t beat the location, views, or easy access to the beach and pool. The condo had plenty of space for two families and never felt cramped. It made for such an easy, relaxing vacation. Hampton Place 6107 has officially become one of our favorite Hilton Head spots.

Palmetto Dunes 6107 June 2022

Loved the place and paid way less than similar Hampton units that we usually rent through a rental co. Only suggestions for the ultimate stay would be keypad entry and updated shower shelving for more items such as shampoo and razor. First floor access saves a lot of time and steps when you’re in and out of the beach sun

Don't waste your $$.

Dirty floors & bathrooms! Long list of broken items & safety hazards. Main window is damaged along with blinds so blocks view of beach!! Plumbing Valve in 2nd shower unusable. Try Captains walk

We didn’t need a palace but I expected it clean and functional

We always like staying at Hampton place. We have been coming here for 10 years and have stayed in several units in this building. The condo was far from clean. We arrived on a rainy afternoon, so no beach or pool. After about an hour in condo kids feet were black. They need to be professionally cleaned. I swept up 2 piles of sand and dead bug. The blinds in the living room were broken off and did not close. Blinds in master were broke off on bottom as well.The dining room rug was curled up on the edge and taped to the floor…this is an accident waiting to happen. Someone is going to trip and break an arm or leg.We had 6 people in the condo but they only provided 4 towels. The kitchen sink faucet leaks snd pools on the side of the sink. I’m surprise the sink hasn’t fallen in the cabinet. We had to go buy mop and towels…I lost track on how many times I mopped try to get floors clean. We were there for the beach, we didn’t need a palace, but I expected the condo to be clean and functional. We will never rent this unit again.

Clean and comfortable but...

A few things need to be done to bring the rating up. Fix/replace the broken garage disposal, the broken blinds, kitchen faucet and broken ice dispenser. Condo was clean, large and comfortable furniture and bed. Good location too.
