Hilton Head Island will undergo beach renourishment from September 2025 through May 2026 to help preserve the shoreline. During this time, small sections of beach (no more than 1,000 feet at a time) may be temporarily closed to pedestrian access as the project moves along. Plenty of beach will remain open and accessible for you to enjoy throughout your stay.

Welcome to Hampton 6107, your pied-a-terre in the Hampton Place resort on Palmetto Dunes Plantation. This 2-bedroom, 2-bath family home sleeps up to 6 very comfortably and brings you all the amenities of a resort plus the spaciousness and privacy of a condo. The first place to explore (and linger!) is the oceanview balcony, which you can reach from sliders in the great room, the primary suite, and the guest bedroom. You're always just steps away from the warm air and enviable views when you stay at Hampton 6107. The balcony is a great place to begin and end each day, and you will always remember this view.

Come inside from the balcony and find yourself in the open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area of the condo. Every space has a view through the sliding glass doors, so you can see a bit of palmetto trees even from the depths of the kitchen! (Views this good are more important than walls!) The great room offers plenty of seating around an HDTV with a DVD player, VCR, and cable package. A wide coffee table offers a nice place for snacks, drinks, or the kids' toys and shell collections. Your whole group can settle right in here; there's also an easy chair for reading or napping, good strong lamplight, and plenty of open floor space. No stepping over suitcases or trying to stash everything away to make a walkway -- Hampton 6107 is spacious and well appointed.

The dining room and kitchen give you several options for meals. There's a nice formal table for 6 beneath a chandelier, a breakfast bar with several stools, and of course, the lure of the balcony for al fresco dining. You may just have to turn the table into a Clue and Ticket to Ride playing area, use the breakfast bar as a buffet station, and let everyone fill their plates and wander at will! Of course, you also have free WiFi here, should you wish to set up laptops and tablets at the table to check the opening time of that great restaurant you want to try or upload some vacation pics to social media.

You may not plan on doing too much cooking while on Hilton Head, but the kitchen at Hampton 6107 tries to tempt you. It's fully stocked with chef's tools, utensils, dishes, and cookware, not to mention gleaming appliances and tabletop time-savers such as a coffeemaker, toaster, blender, and microwave. Pick up some fresh-caught seafood at the market or try your hand at a low country boil -- you will find everything you need to prepare and serve a feast! Or just stock the fridge with drinks, the cupboards with snacks, and take full advantage of the fine cuisine on the island!

Linens and towels are provided for every bed and bath at Hampton 6107 and you can keep them all fresh in the washer and dryer located in-house! No more dragging pillowcases of wet swimsuits and sandy towels to a communal laundry -- you can pack light and do as many loads as you like without leaving the condo. This comes in very handy when the kids beg to go back to the pool for the 5th time in a single day!

And at bedtime, everyone is assured of a great night's rest. The primary suite is heavenly, featuring a king-sized bed, a TV with DVD player and VCR. You have views from your pillow in this room! And the en-suite bath offers dual vanities, large tub and a walk-in shower.

The guest bedroom also has balcony access. Two full-sized beds and a TV make this a welcoming and restful spot, with the second full bathroom just down the hall.

At Hampton 6107, you are welcome to use the Hampton Place Oceanfront family swimming pool, adult pool with hot tub, kiddie pool, fitness center, picnic and grilling area, and beach boardwalk access. If you stay between April and September, you can use the free shuttle service to the ocean, shopping areas, and Shelter Cove Marina. Park the car and forget about driving -- now that's a real vacation!
