Hilton Head Island will undergo beach renourishment from September 2025 through May 2026 to help preserve the shoreline. During this time, small sections of beach (no more than 1,000 feet at a time) may be temporarily closed to pedestrian access as the project moves along. Plenty of beach will remain open and accessible for you to enjoy throughout your stay.

One of the things you’ll like more about Evian 123 is its partially covered deck that overlooks the beautiful Evian grounds. There’s a table and chairs along with two lounge chairs out on this deck. It’s fun to gather around the table for morning coffee or to bask in the sun on the lounge chairs. The deck is a favorite place for dining al fresco with our guests too.

You’ll want to be sure and take full advantage of all the pleasures available in your Evian community. You have a beautiful swimming pool within Evian and tennis courts you are welcome to use. The park-like grounds are perfect for evening walks and you’ll want to take some pictures of your group by the five-acre lagoon, in the gazebo, or on the picturesque footbridge. You are also near to golf, Van Der Meer Racquet Club, and the Atlantic Ocean.

If you are dining at home in Evian 123, you’ll find a fully outfitted kitchen at your command. Also tucked away behind folding doors in the kitchen are your washer and dryer. It’s so handy to be able to wash clothes in-house without having to devote a half day of vacation time sitting around in a Laundromat.

You can serve your guests in true elegance around your dining room table. The seafaring décor adds a special ambiance to your meal and your large windows give a great view of the lush Evian grounds. Of course, you may prefer to dine outdoors on the deck. Everything seems to taste even better when enjoyed outdoors.

After a day of golf, swimming, beachcombing, or touring Harbour Town, your primary bedroom’s queen-sized bed will look like a million bucks. Settle into this comfortable room and enjoy a little late-night TV, or, if you prefer, take a seat in the comfortable wingback chair and read until sleep beckons you off to dreamland.

When morning comes you can make a fast start on the day by jumping into your shower/tub combination and waking up in a warm shower. Before you know it you’ll be out on the deck enjoying that wonderful first cup of morning coffee as you watch nature awaken to a new day.
