Broadview Retreat House is located in Woodstock NY. The house is a 10 minute walk to Tinker Street, the center of town. Enjoy the peaceful mountain views from the comfort of the warm indoors. Make a fire and watch the wildlife on the property. 4 large bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Large stocked kitchen. Over and acre and a half to roam.
Contactless check in. Entire property to yourself; no other tenants or owners on site.

The home has central air and 5G fast WiFi. We have a whole house generator to ensure the electricity is always on. We provide EV car charger. There is a stocked kitchen with a Keurig/Nespresso/ drip and mocha pot coffee makers, and anything you can possibly need during your stay. We have multiple outdoor seating areas including 2 decks, fire pit and mountain views and a bluestone patio with a gas fire table. For the kids we provide board games, yard games including Kan Jam, badminton, cornhole and giant Jenga. In the home we have toys, books, high chair, pack and play, and more.

There is a driveway large enough for 6 cars in front of the front door.

No need to bring anything, we provide wood for the fireplace, k cups, paper products and a stocked kitchen with spices and most condiments.

At this time the house is not allowing pets. No Smoking.
Also, no parties, this is a quiet neighborhood and observes quiet after 10pm.

We will send you a long list before check in for the house.

There is an airstream trailer on the side property that may have the owners from time to time. No one will disturb your use of the property.
