Knotty & Nice - Great Family Vacation with Amenities!

Knotty & Nice is a house with 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and a bonus room with bunkbeds. On the main level is the master bedroom with a king bed, flat screen TV, and deck access. The living room, with a gas fireplace, and the dining room are surrounded by windows and allow access to the deck via sliding glass doors. An open kitchen features granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar with seating. The deck is partially covered and has a wood burning fireplace, ample seating, and a beautiful view. The lower level of the home provides an additional living area with flat screen TV, gas fire place, dining area and wet bar with refrigerator. There are 2 queen bedrooms on this level; one with a private bathroom, the second with an access to the lower deck. In addition, there is a bunk room with 2 bunk beds (4 twin beds total). The lower deck is covered and has seating, it is accessible from the lower level living area and the queen bedroom.

This home comes with the option to purchase Sapphire Valley Resort amenities. These amenities are not at the home. They are in a separate drivable location. You may join for $5/day or $25/week per person. Your amenity card will allow access to 2 outdoor swimming pools, one indoor heated pool, 2 hot tubs, wet sauna, exercise room, arcade, ping pong, outdoor miniature golf, horseshoes, basketball courts, tennis/pickleball courts, playground, track, picnic tables, community center, organized excursions to Cherokee and the Biltmore House in Asheville, a 9 hole (par 3) golf course, Zip-Lining, High Ropes Course, Fairfield Lake boating amenities and discounts on ski lift tickets and ski equipment rentals during the winter season.

Your reservation includes a damage protection plan. The damage protection plan is $50, and it covers up to $3,000 in damages. In lieu of purchasing the damage protection plan, guests have the option to choose a refundable security deposit. If you would like to pay a refundable security deposit, please contact us. The security deposit is $500 and will be administered subject to the NC Tenant Security Deposit Act.
