Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The unit had everything we needed and we loved the location. The view is gorgeous and we enjoyed walking down to the beach to rent paddle boats and using the paddle boards provided. Lisa the owner communicated very well and I would definitely stay here again!

Holiday Retreat

The condo/home is beautiful with views of the lake and extensive access to many outdoor activities. The entire are is designed for visitors for all seasons.

Fabulous stay!

We had a great stay. Everything was well taken care of and exactly, if not better, than described and pictured. Lisa’s communications were really good and no detail was overlooked. We’d definitely stay here again!

Comfortable, great layout and the best location!

We had a wonderful stay at this townhouse. It's a great place to relax with an excellent layout for adults and kids. The pictures and description are very accurate and the host was incredibly helpful. We took advantage of the lake and the hiking trail every day we were there, plus the resort amenities are excellent (pools, golf, gym, etc). We would definitely stay here again!

Loved our time on Lake Fairfield!

We loved everything about our stay! The unit was beautifully updated and extremely comfortable. Lake Fairfield is the absolute best—there’s so much to do and it’s perfect for kids! We will absolutely be back!

Great experience

Lisa was amazing to work with! The house was in a great location and super clean. Loved that you can hike right out the back door. Kids loved the house.

Great for multigenerational holiday. With two bedrooms with king size beds and en-suite bathrooms this house is really a winner. Everyone had their privacy and the kids had the upstairs floor to themselves.I also loved that a grocery store is only a five minute drive away. The lakeside path is right by the house and is a lovely walk.

Great place to relax. The house is spacious and well appointed. The location is great with plenty of things to do in all directions. Views are spectacular with the lake and the mountains !

Amazing stay!

This is our second time staying here with our family of 6 (4 kids) and it was just as wonderful this time around! The house is a perfect location and is beautiful and updated! They have everything there you could need and Lisa is so great about communicating and making sure everything is just right! The lake is beautiful and we loved using the paddle boards. We stayed two weeks and hated to leave, we'll be back next year!

Great place to disconnect and relax.

Awesome experience. We enjoyed visiting the nearby towns, especially Highlands. The house had all the comforts of home and more. The owner, Lisa is easy to reach if necessary.

Wonderful townhome in Emerald Cove

This townhome was in a great location, just outside of Cashier's; it had a beautiful mountain / golf course / lake view; and it was wonderfully appointed and finished. The property owners were very communicative and helpful; I cannot recommend this rental property enough.

Gem on the Lake

We loved our stay in the Townhouse on Fairfield Lake. The view is beautiful and so incredible to wake up to every morning. The paddle boards, lake swimming, hiking, grilling on the porch, and the comfy beds with all the convenience of home. We will be back!

Great location on Lake Fairfield! Lovely walk to swimming beach from house. Kids can paddle board (2 paddle boards included in house) to the beach as well. House is nicely furnished, comfy beds and kitchen has everything you need to cook. Back deck is great for relaxing with beautiful views of the lake. Kids enjoyed shore fishing in the evenings below the house. Hosts are very attentive. Love Sapphire Valley!

Wonderful lake getaway!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful lake home! We were in town for a wedding close by and we had a perfect stay. Lisa had great communication from the moment I booked the property and was very accommodating. We are already looking forward to a return trip so that we can spend more time enjoying the local area and the numerous activities available! We enjoyed relaxing on the deck and taking in the views of the lake during our stay. Highly recommended!!

Mountain Luxury

The townhome was just really amazing. No disappointments. Nicely renovated and all the comforts addressed with luxury sheets, towels, kitchenware, furnishings and paddleboards and a kayak to use on the private lake. The location is superb to enjoy the lake, golf, hiking, and just take in the mountain air. We just loved our stay!

Peaceful getaway

Beautiful and peaceful property with a fully equipped kitchen that doesn't lack for anything. Beds are extra comfortable and the view is serene. Living room sofas are low if you are older but are still very comfortable. Owners were a pleasure to work with. We would go again.

Lovely lake house

This house was perfect for my family of 4 and our friends. It is located on Lake Fairfield with beautiful views. The house was very clean and well appointed. We loved how the house was decorated, very smart and fresh. Lisa was a wonderful host. Easy to contact with fast responses and very friendly. I highly recommend staying here.

Perfect for the holidays!

Our family of 4 had an amazing stay in Lisa's condo. She went above and beyond to make sure that we were welcome and had everything we needed for our vacation. The lakeside spot was everything we were wanting, peace, beautiful views, nature walks around the lake, accessibly to close by attractions. The 2 king bedrooms were nice. Plenty of room for us to all have some alone time if needed. When we return to the Smoky Mountains, we would not hesitate to rent here again!

Christmas vacation

We loved this home. There was a bedroom for everyone. The layout of the home was so great. We loved the kitchen and cooked most of our meals there. We loved the hike that was at the back door and lead around the lake. It led us to a beautiful waterfall. The owner was so easy to work with and readily available for any questions. It’s nicely located near a golf course and so many great towns such as the Highlands. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great property with all the extras!

Very nicely appointed townhouse. Plenty of space to spread out (4 50-somethings, 1 20-something and 2 teen boys). The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc. and a full spice cabinet. It appears that the home has been very recently renovated and is beautiful. The deck views are great and we enjoyed the fire table. Highly recommend the property and would enjoy going back.
