Chestnut Hideaway - Spacious Home with Amenities!

Chestnut Hideaway is cozy home with a great outdoor firepit. Enter from the front porch steps in to the living room with a wonderful open floor plan and stone gas fireplace. The kitchen is open and flows in to the dining table that seats 6 guests. Follow the hallway from the living room to the first guest bedroom with a full-sized bed and the second guest bedroom with a queen-sized bed. A bathroom in the hallway is shared between these 2 guest bedrooms. The master bedroom is at the end of the hallway with a king-sized bed and en-suite master bathroom. The back deck is both covered and screened.

This home comes with the option to purchase Sapphire Valley Resort amenities. These amenities are not at the home. They are in a separate drive-able location. You may join for $5/day or $25/week per person. Your amenity card will allow access to 2 outdoor swimming pools, Indoor heated pool, 2 hot tubs, wet sauna, exercise room, arcade, ping pong, pool, outdoor miniature golf, horseshoes, basketball courts, tennis courts, playground, track, picnic tables, community center, organized excursions to Cherokee and the Biltmore House in Asheville, a 9 hole (par 3) golf course, Fairfield Lake boating amenities and discounts on lift tickets and rentals during the winter season. Specific to this home - you will also get a discount at the Sapphire National 18-hole golf course, provided number attached to check-in package.

Your reservation includes a damage protection plan. The damage protection plan is $50, and it covers up to $3,000 in damages. In lieu of purchasing the damage protection plan, guests have the option to choose a refundable security deposit. If you would like to pay a refundable security deposit, please contact us. The security deposit is $500 and will be administered subject to the NC Tenant Security Deposit Act.
