Enjoy our luxurious 1580 sq. Ft condo at Discovery Bay Resort in the South Building on the 5th floor.

Discovery Bay is a wonderful resort with a variety of amenities such as indoor/outdoor pools & hot tubs, a sauna, fitness centre, and common room with games and billiards. It is located on Okanagan Lake right by Tug Boat beach and the Rotary Marshes. During the summer peak season kayaks, paddle boards and other water toys are available for rent right at the beach. In the winter, go for a public skate beside the giant polar bear in Stuart Park. Enjoy a stroll down the boardwalk to the heart of downtown, other city beaches and parks, and a host of activities, restaurants, and shopping. Bring your boat and park it in the private lagoon right in front of the resort. Boat slips may be available to rent.

This spacious condo has a king bed in 2 of the bedrooms and a den with 2 twins beds (can be converted to a king upon request). There is an ensuite off of the master bedroom with a spacious double sink vanity and a separate shower and toilet area. Each bedroom plus den has its own TV. In the living room you will find a comfortable, relaxing space with lots of seating, a 52" flat screen plus a pull out queen sofa bed. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with plenty of matching glassware, plates, utensils, and cookware to meet all of your cooking needs and a large eating area.

The deck is furnished with a lounging area. Enjoy your coffee basking in the morning sun. Look to the side of the deck and you'll have a view of the lake. Look to the south and you'll see the tennis courts at Sunset Towers and the mountains in the distance. On the deck there is also a private BBQ for your use or you can find some resort BBQ's and meeting space on the pool and amenities level. There is lots of space for you to relax both inside and outside.

Our condo has everything you need to make your vacation special, including cable TV and wireless internet. Free underground parking for one vehicle is included. Height restrictions are 6 feet 8". A washer and dryer are located in the suite for your convenience. We have tried to stock our condo with other supplies such as a small cooler and a few beach supplies so you can fully take advantage of all that the area has to offer.

SURROUNDING AREA
Rotary Marshes – wetlands area adjacent to the North Tower of Discovery Bay that is home to many beautiful birds and other wildlife.
Boardwalk – from the Rotary Marshes walk around to Tugboat Beach directly in front of Discovery Bay. Continue walking all the way to the bridge and City Park finding lots of entertainment, parks, and restaurant options along the way!
Knox Mountain – a very short distance from Discovery Bay. Lots of paths for hiking that give you great views of the lake. Walk to Paul’s Tomb and find a little beach at the end.
Wine Tours – the possibilities are endless! You can do a self-guided tour or book something with one of the many companies that will pick you up and take you away for the day.
Kettle Valley Railway (KVR) Trestles – Enjoy some history and phenomenal views with a half-day trip to Myra Canyon. You can hike it. Or you can rent/bring a bike and cycle it. 
Golf – plenty of world class courses or fun family courses to choose from.
Stuart Park - a scenic spot along the boardwalk which has views of the marina and an ice skating rink in the winter.

We are family friendly and will be happy to rent to responsible adults over the age of 25.
