Beautiful property in a great location

This was a fabulous week for us. The owner worked so hard to make our stay perfect and it was greatly appreciated! Would definitely recommend and would stay here again!!

Perfect stay

Our stay at the Ocean Villas couldn’t have been better. The condo was clean, comfortable, and in an ideal location. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and we will most definitely be back!

Amazing location and find!

Perfect size for family of 4 with 2 teenage daughters. Great beach and pools! Golf was wonderful as well.

Great stay

Family really enjoyed our stay. Great views, modern clean condo, nice pools and easy beach access. Attentive management company quickly resolved issues. We plan to come back.

Best part of our stay in Puerto Rico

Amazing beach Villa! We stayed for 4 days with family and enjoyed every minute of the pristine beach and Villa pools. Great location for eating out or for cooking in using the great kitchen and all the included amenities. Will book again when we return.

Beautiful private beach

People were so friendly, food was great at the neighboring hotels' restaurants, place was very clean, hosts were very responsive, beautiful private beach, kitchen well stocked, beds were comfy, everything there to go to the beach-towels, chairs, cooler..., felt completely safe.... overall we loved it and are ready to go back!

Paradise in Puerto Rico

We were finally able to return to Puerto Rico and stay a few hundred feet away from where we were married in 2007. Olga and the entire staff were amazing and helpful throughout our entire visit. The villa was perfect for our family. We couldn’t be any happier with our vacation. Thank you so much and we can’t wait to come back and make more memories.
If you’re able to get up on time you’ll catch the moon setting over El Yunque and the sun rising over Fajardo.

We stayed at this lovely beach front condo for 10 days. We ate breakfast and lunch on our terrace facing the ocean every day. The villa was modern and fully equipped with everything you could need. The area is very well located for day trips to the Rainforest and various neighboring beaches although the beach at the resort is fabulous. Plenty of restaurants both on and off the resort. We dined exclusively off the resort as we wanted to catch the local vibe. The building management were very professional and extremely helpful. Vimarie was our go to person and was simply amazing. We will definitely return.

Great place

There is no one there to greet you, but, when you find your keys, it’s as advertised. Helpers very responsive. Apartment very comfortable and clean and right on the beach. We ate out, good restaurants, cooked in, nicely stocked kitchen and had a blast at the beach, pool and on the golf course. Not fancy, but super comfortable and a great sunny getaway.

Wyndham Rio Mar - Ocean Villas

Great communication from start to finish and the amenities were wonderful. Our condo was very clean, stocked and spacious. The kids had plenty to do, from the pool, to the beach to exploring the river mouth. We were in very close proximity to El Yunque rainforest, ATV tours and the kiosks, yet just a short ride back to the airport as well. Highly recommended.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Villa in Rio Grande

The villa was absolutely perfect for our family of 4. Beautifully decorated, spacious and comfortable. The kitchen had all the amenities you can think of. Vilmarie and Franco were excellent property managers. We stayed a total of 10 days and could have stayed 10 more! Washer and dryer were a plus! We will definitely be back!

Family holiday getaway

The place was exactly as advertised, modern, great design, well supplied. Our only surprise had nothing to do with the place but the fact that pools in Puerto Rico are not heated. ; )

Perfect getaway

This listing did not disappoint. The condo was stocked with everything that you could ever need. The condo looked better and bigger in person. The property was a little run down but did not take away from the experience. The manager was always prompt with responding to our questions. I would highly recommend this property. Amazing location close to lovely beaches and restaurants. We would definitely return.

Escape to Paradise

We had a much needed, restorative trip to Olga's villa. It is beautifully decorated, lots of space for our family of five, and was very clean. We loved being able to make our own meals and access to the pools/beach could not have been easier. Alan and Vimarie, who assist with the property onsite, were extremely prompt in communication and gracious to answer our questions. We cherish our memories made in Puerto Rico and have every intention of returning.

Beautiful views & a beautiful home

We absolutely loved our stay. The condo was luxurious with everything we needed. Vimarie was always helpful when we had any questions. The views off the balcony are priceless. We enjoyed the pools, the gorgeous beach and walked over to the nearby restaurants. We found ourselves spending the majority of our vacation right at the property because we were in walking distance to most everything we needed. We enjoyed the sunset right off the balcony almost every night and sunrise on the beach is a wonderful way to start the day. We didn’t want to leave this amazing paradise. We hope to come back again very soon. Thank you for sharing your beautiful place with us.

Great Family Vacation Spot

I traveled with a group of 6, 4 of them being children ages 8-13. The property is gorgeous! It's an easy walk to the beach and the hotel is a reasonable walk for dining. I don't usually leave a review but it isn't easy finding places that fit a family of 4 kids so hopefully a detailed review helps other families!Property: The housing was nicely redone. There were also lots of little amenities like goggles, boogie boards, and beach chairs. The beach is so close so it isn't hard to carry. The pictures don't really do justice to the outdoor area. Very accessible and beautiful! Easy check in/out. The host was easy to communicate with and contacted us a few days prior to our stay.Location: It was a perfect fit for us. The rainforest is just down the road. There are several shops at the entrance to the rainforest. We also took advantage or renting UTVs at Carabali which is about 7-8 minute drive. The property was also relatively close to the catamaran tours (approx 25 minute drive). It's only 10-15 minutes to Luquillo Beach with all the kiosks. You are also about 30 minutes from the airport and 30-45 minutes to San Juan. With so much to do and see in PR, this was a great central location.Other info: The hotel restaurants are MEH. They were convenient, but the food wasn't great and it isn't cheap. The Roots to Go was the best option. The elevator access was pretty subpar and the unit is on the 5th floor. Make sure if you use Uber, you get the location of the villas, not the hotel

We had a wonderful stay! The property was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The location is fantastic! We also loved having access to the Pools, Overall, this was an excellent place to stay, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and conveniently located vacation rental. We would happily stay here again!

Beautifully updated and modern, comfortable and welcoming.

By far the best villa we have ever rented in Rio Mar. It provided all the amenities of home with an amazing view of the ocean and palm trees. It was a perfect location to work remotely while enjoying the beach and pools, celebrating Xmas, hiking El Yunque, fishing off the coast of Fajardo, etc.. Communications with the host were excellent and Vmarie in the management office was extremely helpful. Cannot wait to come back!

Exceeded our expectations!

We enjoyed our stay so much we’ve decided on our next visit we will book with Olga! As we entered the unit we were met with the sounds of soft jazz, and the most picturesque balcony view I’ve ever seen! Everything was absolutely beautiful and well thought out. We enjoyed cooking in the fully stocked kitchen and being able to wash and dry our laundry without having to leave our villa to do so! As we entered the unit, we were met with soft jazz playing in the living room, as well as the bedroom. Every detail of our stay was absolutely fantastic!
